Rodney and his team have always done a fabulous job, and my dood LOVES to go there and play with his friends during his “spa day”! We have tried multiple groomers in town, and have easily chosen Paws Up as our regular groomer due to their professionalism as well as it being a fun place for my dog to go. I highly recommend Paws Up for all your dog’s grooming needs!

207B Landmark Dr, NormalWe've only been a couple times, but my dog is calmer at Prairie Oaks than any other vet he's been to. He liked Dr Fraker and the techs, too. The doc was down to earth and knew how to explain things without sounding patronizing or bored. He even gave my daughter's toy dog a checkup. Ha! The atmosphere is comfortable there and I feel like Prairie Oaks will be a great fit for us. Did I mention they are affordable?? I couldn't believe the office visit bill was under $100, even with shots and a nail trim. I was impressed all around with our experience and am glad to have found such a nice place for my furry kiddos.

his entire staff, are amazing. Today we, unfortunately, had to put down out third dog under his care in the past 20 years we have been going to him. He has shown such care and love with our "kids" as each has had a journey with cancer. I am forever grateful for he and his staff. No better vet in Bloomington/Normal. Guinness, Thea and Leonard.

Long story short my pup had a laceration quite large and would need sutures to close, I didn't have the thousands I was quoted the night before at an animal hospital. I called our own vet in the morning and they stated that they didn't have the staff nor were they comfortable working with my dog due to previous interactions. My pup likes to growl and then they recommended SMART VET NORMAL. I called and explained the situation, got a quote over the phone and had him in surgery within 1.5 hours. Everyone in the office was kind and caring! Doctor Tabor explained what the surgery would initial and then had taken my pup to the back. When I returned to get my furry friend, I was informed that my bill was less than I was quoted. When does that ever happen. YOU SAVED MY PUP, SAVED ME THOUSANDS, AND GAINED A LIFE LONG PATIENT THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

As I savored the Blue Bowl, I believe, I found myself wondering how to get to Normal and still manage work/travel requirements in Central IL. The bowl was so balanced in flavors and refreshing with fresh, sweet strawberries and acai. Amber is a delight, store manager, and very knowledgeable and engaged in growing her knowledge of nutrition and proper management of food prep necessary in addressing allergy concerns. I have gluten and soy sensitivities and I know I was in the best of hands through Amber's expertise and the menu, as constructed. Everyone in the area should look forward to the store's planned food truck, rolling sometime in March 2025! Thank you, Amber, for my being able to enjoy, such a delight, worry-free.

I didnt realize it was high-school homecoming and ISU family weekend. Christopher got us right in despite the rush. Service was wonderful. Thank you Desthil!!

They were super accommodating when we arrived at closing time (probably annoying customers lol), the cashier was adorable, the place was clean, the prices are really reasonable for the quality & quantity and our large order was prepared so quickly.
