Went last week to get my sons hair braided they told me to come back today at 330 pm. I get there at 330 and they are confused as to why I'm there and then tell me to have a seat. 15 min they tell me they didn't put my sons appointment on the books and they are trying to find someone else. Now it's 4 pm and after driving 45 min they tell me they have someone that can do it but they can't guarantee thay his hair will be fully completed. So they wanted me to have them start his hair and walk out with it possibly half done. I will not be coming back after this experience. I didn't even get an apology or anything.

I’ve always had great service here! Even though they are students, they are through and well trained. Any mistakes are quickly recognized and corrected by their trainers. Great haircuts for a great price! I’ve also had highlights and full head dye done and loved both.

Today I got new hair at Paul Mitchell! They were very patient with me because I had no clue what I wanted and I had some problems communicating since my stroke. I was so pleased with the results! I forgot the names of the ladies who helped me but I am eternally grateful!

It’s a school so it will take longer for a haircut but that’s okay!! They will get it right and for guys it’s 5 dollars! Best deal in town!
