Refused to install a battery (which is listed as a service at this location) , claiming it was a “difficult battery” and “ if it would have been two bolts we could”. Fun fact - it is just as simple as he said. Completely messed up my schedule and am now unable to go to a shop because it’s too late in the day after confirming with this location both the price and installation this morning. I’d also like to add that the price I got for parts this morning was $60 cheaper than what I was charged. Will never spend money there again. Would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely infuriating.

Great location! Carlos and others have been very helpful and always do their best to find the right parts for the job! If they don’t have it in store the O’Reilly’s warehouse will ship it out quickly which is also very helpful!

I needed parts. They didn't have all of it there but went to the other stores for me to collect everything I needed. An hour later I got everything at that one place. They were a big time saver and reasonably priced!
