“Needed a new office chair. Zack was terrific. Helped us pick out the perfect one and saved us money. I wanted it put together and was told it would be ready within 24 hours. But he got right on it and we picked it up 30 minutes later and didn't have to come back the next day. He loaded it up also. Couldn't ask for better service. Such an asset!”

“The willingness of employees to help seems to vary greatly. I was lucky today to work with a couple of very helpful people when I went in to buy an office chair. After I purchased it, they had it assembled for me in about an hour. I was very impressed. But then when I got there to pick it up, those guys must have been busy, because the other employees couldn't be bothered to help me find the chair or load it into my car. If anyone had helped me get it loaded, or helped me at all when I arrived, this would have been a 5-star review. Still a very positive experience, over all.”
