I had a great experience at this location. Tyler & Ella moved about 15 3/4" Birch plywood to get to 4 boards on the bottom. No complaining and with a smile on their faces. Great employees. They made an old man(78 yrs old) very happy. Thank you so much Tyler & Ella

If you want to refill propane, do not go to Menards. This is the third time in the span of six months they don’t have anyone trained there except for the manager to do the propane refill. According to the manager, we have to call them and find out if there is somebody who can refill your propane. This time when I went there, the manager said she cannot do it because she has to take care of the cashier desk. Go to your local FS, where they have trained people available at all times.

Found exactly what I need to patch and trim out a 75 year old tile bathroom wall in my " Graceland " bathroom ? prices were right, products displayed plainly. And checkout smooth.

When I was younger and lived in Bloomington, my dad and I would come to Menards all the time just to walk around and look at items. Whenever we visit the north, we always add Menards to our list of places to stop by at.

I do everything I can not to go to Menards over the last year and a half. Last night I had to go to Menards with my son because it was the only place open late, I had to return some things today and I was reminded why I hate Menards. The workers are doing their job and the manager standing in the way holding a cart not moving of customers leaving the store. While they see multiple backed up and the customer service desk is also backed up. Menards is always poorly managed. It doesn't help that the return policy is a joke as well. I would give 1/2 * but Google won't let me.

I always seem to find what I am looking for. The associates seem to care about the work they do. Would have given 4 or 5 stars but management seem irritated when I came back to ask about a pillow missing from a $1200 patio furniture set. As if I were the problem.

I went to Menard's on Sunday (I think) to just poke around a bit and ended up getting a bunch more things that I expected but really needed. The guy at the paint area was very friendly and very helpful. I saw his name tag but forgot his name (sorry!) He is blonde and has kind of a hipstery hairstyle. And our cashier was Miriam, who was also super friendly. It was the first time my in-laws from Chile visited and they absolutely loved the store!

Customer service is horrible! We came in to buy 16 boxes of flooring and needed a cart. There wasn't any in the store but saw 2 different employees pushing empty ones. Asked if we could use it to check out and load and was told no they needed it to stock theirs shelves but there should be some out in the lot and I could go out there to get it.
I don't work for them they should make sure the customer is taken care of especially spending $700! Finally a very nice employee named Linda went out and got one personally and apologized because she had heard the conversation with the other employees. They were so worried about stocking their shelves before their shift ended rather then taking care of the customers that are there.
