When I dropped off my ring to be repaired the owner said it should take about a week maybe less. When I hadn’t heard from him in almost two weeks I called but no one answered the phone. I tried to call two days later and he said he needed more time.
Several days later I got a call that it was done. It took more than a week longer than he originally anticipated. When I went to pick up the ring, despite it being business hours and the sign saying they were open the door was locked. When I called, again no one could answer the phone. I still don’t have my ring back. Very unreliable service.

He is so very nice! I brought in my wedding ring which had lost two stones, and he replaced them in a very timely manner, as well as tightened up the rest of the stones. Incredibly reasonably priced and I will always bring my jewelry here to be repaired.

I've had nothing but excellent service at Marquis Jewelers the owner. Larry, he's a very good qualified man in does excellent work. That's the only place I take my jewelry to.

I had a bad reaction to an infusion which caused my hands to swell. My rings got so tight it was painful. The jeweler cut my rings off for me at no charge. I was very thankful.
