I went on 1/18 and I wasn’t happy with my visit. Firstly, I feel like I was overcharged because I got a short full set French tip and a basic pedicure which I was charged $138 for before the tip. Considering the pedicure was no chip it has chipped already less than a week of having it. My manicure was very streaky and bumpy and is chipping as well. My feet and hands were also left dry and ashy. Definitely not worth the price that I paid. Didn’t want to combat the price on sight due to already having a rough day but I definitely will not be returning.

The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the service was ok to start with and I have never given a bad review or ever complained to a company in general, but paying what I did I feel like I have to. I was getting my nails done for a formal event at school, my birthday, as well as Halloween coming up. I got a an acrylic full set and a pedicure. I originally tipped(I have no idea why) because I always tip and felt bad when I should be the one being felt bad for. I didn’t really let it soak in until I sat in my car staring at my nails for 15 minutes and my friends and family told me to go back in too. My nails were crooked, you can see where they started the fill and where my old nails ended, not cleaned up, the acrylic doesn’t cover my whole nail really, not what I wanted, and just didn’t look the best. They didn’t clean all the dust off so it looks like the black part of my nails have lice. They are also doing a weird bubbling thing. When cleaning up the black French tip part it got swiped down on to the nude part and wasn’t taken off in time or before the top coat. Now it’s turning some odd brown color. I have tried to rub it off the nude part and I have thought about using nail polish remover, but I don’t want to make them worse. You can see all of this in the pictures. I went back in and spoke with the manager and she said to just stay and wait so she could fix them, but I had to leave in order to get ready for my formal. She also offered to come back on the weekend (in which I couldn’t because I was going home for my birthday). She then offered I could come back the next week when I got home to which I said it wouldn’t be worth it (so I thought) at that point. I got 25% off and I am grateful for something back I truly am, but I tipped so it would have been nice to get the tip back and then the 25%. This still made it around $98 with the money I got back. Before tip I believe it was $110 so with tip it was $123 (again I have no idea why I tipped). I don’t want to post my feet, but trust me when I say they look rough too. It’s like I didn’t even get a pedicure. Not to mention I broke out in hives. It has only been 4 days and this is what they look like. My nails do not grow that fast. I called today because I am back from being home and I’m not going to lie my nails are hard to look at and I’m not a girl that gets her nails done a lot. She said since I got my money back I cannot get them fixed unless I pay again. Everyone has told me “They look ok from far away just don’t show close up” and I agree but I paid a lot for something I should want to and shouldn’t be ashamed to show close up. I also felt when I complained (even though I made it clear I definitely didn’t want to be complaining) I felt like I was an annoyance or the problem of the situation. But I am not happy. I feel absolutely horrible for leaving this review because like I said and I am not one to even complain let alone do this, but I figured this would give a representation of what it actually looks like.Services: Acrylic nails

The first time I got my nails done here, I wasn't too happy with them. But then the salon reached out and offered to redo them for free. I got them done again today, and I absolutely love them! Shout out to Mai Mai, she did a really nice job!

I had an appointment booked & when I came in, staff seemed super unaware of this. The woman doing my nails was extremely aggressive & was rushing to get my nails done. My nails are different shapes on each hand and she saw the polish clump on my thumb and did not fix it. Her UV lights kept turning off and when she went to apply the top gel coat, the polish had crinkled from not curing enough. She then accused ME of messing it up.The top coat on every single nail is applied uneven.Absolutely not worth the 50$ I spent.

I recently visited Mani Pedis and More for a manicure and pedicure, hoping to treat myself to a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, my visit turned out to be nothing short of a disappointment. Not only was I charged an exorbitant price for the service I received, but the overall quality of the treatment fell far below my expectations.First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room: the price. I was shocked to find out that I was charged a staggering $100 for a service that should have cost no more than $50. This blatant overcharging left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question the integrity and fairness of this establishment. It's clear that Mani Pedis and More is more interested in lining their pockets than providing a reasonable and honest pricing structure.Moving on to the actual service itself, I can confidently say that it was subpar at best. The nail technicians seemed disinterested and lacked the necessary skills to deliver a satisfactory manicure and pedicure. The application of the nail polish was sloppy and uneven, and I had to repeatedly request corrections to fix the mistakes. Furthermore, the tools and equipment used did not appear to be properly sanitized, which left me feeling uneasy and concerned about hygiene standards. The atmosphere of the salon also left a lot to be desired. It lacked the soothing ambiance that one would expect from a place offering relaxation and pampering. The noise level was incredibly high, with conversations among staff members and other customers echoing throughout the space. This made it difficult to unwind and enjoy the experience. To add insult to injury, the customer service was severely lacking. The staff members appeared disorganized, unprofessional, and uninterested in addressing my concerns. When I expressed my disappointment with the pricing, they were dismissive and unapologetic, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at Mani Pedis and More was nothing short of a letdown. The exorbitant pricing, coupled with subpar service, lackluster atmosphere, and poor customer service, makes it impossible for me to recommend this salon to anyone seeking a quality manicure and pedicure experience. Save your hard-earned money and seek out a more reputable and customer-focused establishment elsewhere.Service: Nail extensions

Had a very good pedicure here. Would not recommend a manicure. I ended up getting a decent set of nails but it was an uncomfortable experience. Had a hard time communicating with staff. Both my thumbs and two fingers had my skin ground off on the cuticle. Not very gentle.

My daughter and I both got a manicure and a pedicure. We asked for basic manicures and pedicures and we each added french tips knowing it was an additional $7. When you check out they DO NOT give you a detailed/itemized list of the services. Somehow, I was charged $120 for the services when I should have been charged $107. I think they charged my daughter as an adult when it's listed that children are only $38 for a mani/pedi. It's not good business to not be transparent about your pricing.

I would have gave them a 1 but I had issues with my card and it took time but we got it straightened out. (Their card reader didn’t like visa gift cards)All my nails are starting to peel up from the bottom and one is actually starting to crack. It was $49+ tip and I have only had the nails done for less than 4 days. At this point, if they can fix it for no charge, I will go back for just that.Would not recommend.Edit: they are starting to fall off. They don’t deserve even a 2 star. I paid $49+tip and haven’t even had them but 1 week. Waste of money.

My sister, daughter, and I have tried this place three times for pedicures. Needless to say we will not be back. My sister was cut and the very young girl could not get the bleeding to stop. Kind of giggled about it. My sister ended up with multiple doctor visits. My daughter asked for her nails to be cut short and basically was ignored. We always have made appointments but that doesn't seem to matter. The technicians race through trying to get done. I had an older man and although he didn't give a great pedicure he did seem to care that the color was satisfactory. Pedicures are a luxury and you shouldn't be made to feel like you are a burden. When you make an appointment you shouldn't have to wait while walk ins are taken ahead of you. When you pay $70 dollars for a pedicure you should at least come out feeling good about your service. There are plenty of good places to go.
