Excellent place to go shopping

Living over 40 minutes away, employees including the manager on sure were unwilling to do a quick stock check on an item. It’s sad because I worked retail and stock checks are the easiest part of the job especially if you go and look at the isle to see if something is there.

Loyal customer for 11 yrs. I purchase my grocery, gas, and household items here and spend over 1k a month. Went in to get a money order but service counter closed. Usually one of the associate working at self checkout would take 1 min to print me out one. I asked to call a manager to see if they could do it. I asked Wayne and he said he had no one to do it with a bad attitude. My 11 yr old even caught him rolling his eyes as he walked off. Went to Walmart in Bloomington. Went right in to get my money order and decided to do my shopping as well. They have everything Krogers have and more. If I have to drive there for a money order I might as well shop there too. And the store has even been remodeled and new carts. Customers business is not appreciated anymore. I'll be shopping with Walmart. Thanks Wayne!!

Just upset with Kroger's formula policy.. my husband accidentally bought the wrong formula for nearly $90, 20 minutes later he went back to return it (unopened, with a receipt) but they couldn't take it.. said "it's just our policy, sorry nothing we can do"I understand it's our mistake, but if it's unopened I don't see an issue? So $90 spend on formula we can't use, now we just spent $180 on formula that will last us 2 weeks..

Have not been to kroger for a few years because I have moved out of state. In town for family emergency. Went to kroger Wednesday at 11:45 am . There was no rotisserie chicken or any lunch buffet? Ask guy behind counter. He said that guy don't come in till noon!! Why bother having it at all!!! Or advertising!

Curbside pickup is a game changer. Saves time & money (no impulse buys).

I’m just speaking as someone that worked here in Pharmacy. I definitely felt bad, racist, unwanted vibes. Little to no team work, no communication, bad training, and sneaky coworkers.

First, always out of stock on many items. I go to other stores and they have it so this isn't a supply and demand issue, it's whoever is placing orders doesn't know what they're doing. Second, I was at Kroger sat am (12/24/22) mid morning. I went to self check out, had wine so automatically "help" thing goes off. I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting. Girl at the desk by self checkout was just standing there. I tried to get her attention, she ignored me and walked away. Finally another employee walked by and noticed I needed assistance and she went and got the girl to help me. Finally. Here's where it gets even worse. I needed cigarettes. I walked over to show her. She came back, scanned them and walked away with them. I was like, hey, um you have my smokes. She ignored me and took the cigarettes and put them in her drawer. I had to walk over there and ask for them. No clue what's going on with this store but it definitely seemed like this girl was on something. I know help is hard to find but this was ridiculous.

Everyone was rude and little help at all. There was many things I couldn’t find. You couldn’t get around the aisles because they had random carts, ladders, and other random things I assume from stocking but they were just sitting there vacant and in the way. But what really did it for me was going up to the checkout with two kids and the cashier says barely a word, doesn’t bag, and keeps the belt on so my groceries are piling up, starting to fall off the edge, and instead of the bagger who was standing RIGHT NEXT to me talking to other employees, leaning over the edge just chatting, I bagged them all… while she kept putting the belt on even after I asked her to stop and everything piling up. Not once did anyone offer to help. The cashier bagged ONE bag. Very frustrating experience.

A grocery store. That's about it. Most things are kept in stock at all times. Prices are fair. The parking lot though is an absolute nightmare. It's always packed. They decided to put a Kroger gas station in the parking lot, taking up what I estimate was 20% of the original parking lot. Good luck not getting a door ding, accident, or cart bump into your car.

The woman who works in produce is horrific, extremely rude and enjoys being cynical to customers. It's even worse that the other employees hate her too, but management does nothing about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. There is always an issue at this location. The other krogers in town are awesome and give you a great experience. Something is wrong with the kroger on college avenue, all the employees act like they hate their jobs and treat customers poorly. The product's at this location are poorly maintained as well. Rotten produce, meat that looks like it's been bad for some time. I definitely do not recommend this location.

The pharmacist, I think his name is Mike, is wonderful! Some of the other employees in the pharmacy don't seem happy to be working.
