Was asking him questions about mattress disposal, and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I've gotten couches from them before as well to, and they just did not hold up

I’ve bought all of my new furniture from Kern’s and I must say I absolutely love all of it! My bedroom set is beautiful and comfortable. The sectional is also comfortable and came with a lot of decorative pillows. Overall I like shopping here because the furniture is nice and the prices are reasonable. Will be buying more furniture soon!

Nothing but positive things to say about Kern Mattress Outlet. Kerry and his son are pros at finding you what you want and offer incredible deals. I've bought here several times and have always had a great experience. If you are looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price point check this store out. They have everything from used to brand new (I've bought both). Couches, bed frames, end tables, mattresses, literally everything. They deliver furniture for an affordable $30 in town here in BloNo.Honestly not sure why there are any 1 star reviews for this business. Everyone I worked with are top class professionals!

I came here several times before for this or that. They have new furniture and used furniture. Everything to fit your budget. In today's economy we need a place like this. I just bought a queen mattress set that felt like hotel quality for $180. And they're delivering it for only $30. The clerk was friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely come here again.

We have been here twice and love this place and the guys are great to work with! We are planning on going again to fill up our new home soon! Great prices and great people! The selection is huge and unique and there are always amazing pieces to be found!!

Harassed my daughter because they mistakenly delivered the same sectional twice, threatened to call the police because they were not aloud in the home to retrieve the sectional when the owner was not home and tried to force their way into the home. They were offered to come back at a later time and refused, continued to knock and threaten the friend who was at the home at the time.

You sold me a hospital bed for my husband who has Parkinson’s..your driver left the hospital bed with the AIR mattress out in the rain. Needless to say the air mattress was ruined ….And you refused to replace the mattress!!! Terrible!! I had to reach out to another company and get an air mattress. $$$ no compensation whatsoever from you and your company …Absolutely terrible. Caused my husband and I lots of sleepless nights and stress!!!! Very sad

AAAAA ++++++ I cant say enough. I live 10 hours away. I called for a Hospital bed they were selling and 36 hours later it was delivered. Thank you for your service. It was much needed for my dad whom is bed confined at this time.
