The studio itself seemed to be nice but one of the stylists named Alli destroyed my daughter’s hair. She recently moved back to the Bloomington area from college and needed to get her hair refreshed for summer and before an upcoming wedding. She paid close to 200.00 for her to damage it, bleach it until it was breaking off, and left it multicolored to include shades of dark brown, yellow, and white. The cost to find a new stylist to fix the mess she caused was close to 400.00 and 5 hours of her time. She will have to have multiple conditioning treatments to help with the damage. The photo on the right is what she was trying to get to. The photo on the left is what she got. I highly suggest researching who you are going to before booking an appointment. I’m sure there are other stylists in this salon that won’t do what happened to my daughter but make sure to do your homework before letting someone you don’t know touch it. It was a hard and expensive lesson learned for her.

She was extremely rude when I had to cancel my appointment for health reasons. She told me to find another stylist. She also told me that kindness and patience only goes so far in an appointment based business and good luck in my cancer journey. She told me I took advantage of her. I am not sure how I took advantage of her, but I will never recommend someone so callous to anyone.

Kayla is helping me as my hair has thinned so much. The cut was great and she knows how to use specific products and techniques for my hair to look thicker. She knows so much about color and is helping me to get my hair healthy! So glad I came to see her!

This salon subs it's stations out to independent stylists so my rating is only based on the one stylist that I saw: Angela Morales. I received a short pixie cut that I was very happy with and I would def recommend her.

Kayla does amazing work. She colors, highlights, cuts and styles my hair and it always looks magazine perfect! Plus, she recommends products that don’t cost a fortune and I can actually use at home and get the same results.
