This store took advantage of us as fire victims. We ordered a TV cabinet and bookshelf and paid for delivery. They both arrived damaged and I requested that they take them back. The delivery driver talked me into keeping them until I could speak with a manager. They refunded the money for the furniture, but decided to keep the $129 delivery and setup fee even after the hassle of the situation. The quality of these products were obviously questionable since they were damaged before they even came to me, yet they're punishing us for that. We were also going through a lot at that time since our house had just recently burnt down. Very poor experience here and will be letting everyone know about this.

After buying a mattress from Zachary Lane he took us over and set us up with Megan Meister she show use a sofa love seat and a recliner that fit our needs it was a fun morning at furniture Row. They had great selection at a great price. Will use again if we have other needs.

Tons of options here you just don’t see at other stores in the area. Plus, far more options to customize fabric or color. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable and offered help without being bothersome. The warranty offered was better than other furniture stores we’ve purchased at before; we intend to come back for any future purchases
