Excellent customer service by Lily, Ashley, and the whole team. Lily was very thorough and kind, which is all that matters these days. In addition Ashley also gave me good information that I needed and made me feel very comfortable. Excellent team. Thank you. In addition, once again thank you to this awesome team.. Back again and it was a pleasure working with Brian. He was very professional and all around treated me with the upmost respect. An awesome guy. Thank you Brian. Worst automated service I’ve ever used. Didn’t realize it’s different at different CVSs. Very disappointed, all I wanted to know was if my medication was ready and the app or automated system can’t tell me, so I tried to call and it looped me in an automated circle for 30min until I could leave a voicemail for a call back in an hour.

Unhelpful customer representative-I purchased an item at the store. Used the appl and checked the price. It stated $6.79. Went to self checkout. Came up with $7.49. Asked for assistance by pushing the button. No one came. Then searched for a cashier. Found a shelf stocker. She said online price is different. I can do it online, come back again to pick it up when it is ready. Why? Ugh!

Waited 45 min in line at the CVS on the other side of town just for them to tell me my prescriptions were transferred to this location. I already paid for them. I drove back across town to find out that my prescriptions were not ready and they wanted me to pay AGAIN!

Cotton, easy to get something done! Goodbye Walgreen's!! As we say in Texas, y'all should give em a praise then y'all should give Cotton a raise and a manager position. CVS sure knows how to treat Veterans of Illinois. Qudos!!

Went to pick up prescription on the "Last day" (according to the daily texts) and found they had already returned it to stock. I showed up at 6PM - they close at 8PM. Their explanation for making me wait an extra 15 minutes was "sometimes we return them early". They obviously don't care at all about inconveniencing customers. This is not my first grievance against this staff and I've only been using them for a year. I am now in the process moving my prescriptions to another company.

Longtime Walgreens user. Frustrated with their pharmacy service being horribly understaffed, waiting in the car line for 50 minutes, closed at odd times due to no staff, and then only open M - F 10 to 6. Tried CVS and never looked back. CVS is always well staffed in their pharmacy and gets people in and out fast. They are also super polite. Emphasis on super. Retail equally friendly. Store is clean.

That red head girl and the guy Selman knew my prescription was ready and helped everyone except me because I was African American. Shame on them for being racist and treating the other customers better. Won’t be back here! Disgusting staff !

The service was very poor. Also, in another experience, when I call the pharmacy phone number, the bot asks me various questions, and then tells me "Sorry I can't help you" and transferred me to the pharmacist. Wasted about 2 minutes.

Great service, excellent pharmacist. Vaccinations are a breeze. Greeted promptly was able to get all the vaccinations my doctor recommended.
