My husband and I really appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of Brody, Chris, and Eron in the parts department! They located a part needed for the Cummins engine in our motorhome that was difficult to find. It will help us get back on the road! We highly recommend this location in Normal, Illinois!

I would not even give them a one star after spending $2000.00 there. We had maintenance done all to find the air filter that was replaced flopping around when we got home after picking it up (things happen). We called not once but four times to get an estimate on tie rod ends and yet to hear back! Teresa says I'll call you back....still waiting!!!!! When you call nobody answers the phone or even returns your call when leaving a message. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & very disappointed with this place! To bad for them as we will be taking our business elsewhere that will take us seriously. Would NOT recommend this place!!!!!

Took my motorhome in for engine stall and message center nonfunctional. They replace a $80 circuit breaker leaving exposed wiring, did not repair the MC and now none of the gauges function. Charged me $1473. I've worked in a vehicle shop for 40 years, I've never seen such shotty work as this was.

Poor customer service. I work for a John Deere company and our generator has been there for 2 weeks and only contact has been us calling them until yesterday when the tech himself called us saying he looked at it over a week ago and was awaiting our approval. We are still waiting for completion as this generator is for an every service truck in our company.
