We had an issue with our rental car, and we went here to get it fixed. The employees were fantastic! They were super helpful, friendly, and efficient. We are so grateful to them. They had us back on the road really quickly. Highly recommend!

I dropped my car off last Tuesday. When I dropped off they said they would have an estimate the next day… I heard nothing at all so I called Thursday and they said my vehicle would be done by Friday afternoon. I get a call back Friday asking if it was even okay to start the repairs and if I had received an estimate at all. It is now Sunday and my car is still not complete. I hope the repairs are better than the customer service because I will never be returning to this location

I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Car-X, and the employees were excellent. Wyatt was incredibly pleasant in the waiting room, and Luke did an amazing job servicing my car in a timely manner. Thank you so much for fantastic customer service!

They decided to use my car to train new techs, and a full 2 hours later I’m still sitting in the lobby…..after they estimated 45 min for the oil change. Had I known they were going to take their sweet time, I could have dropped the car off and ran errands. If you’re gonna train someone on a car, make sure the customer isn’t waiting. Won’t be back.Edit: My wife just reminded me that it was Carx on the other side of town that during an oil change on her diesel Jeep they accidentally drained her transmission fluid. They didn’t have it to replace it. It was a nightmare.

Kyle helped me solve a tire issue caused by the Bloomington store. Even worked with me on price. Appreciate this store getting my new tires on and going out of their way to do so.

Simple oil change and they screw that up. Put the cap on to tight and it blew. Oil everywhere and 200 dollars to repair, went elsewhere. Will not return.

Got 4 new tires after finding nails in 2 of mine during an oil change. After the new tires, the car vibrated horribly. I took it back in and they said they rebalanced the new tires. It still vibrated horribly. Finally took it somewhere else and they said the new tires were "very, very, very out of balance - not even close".

Honestly great customer service all around. They are reasonable about price. The guy at the front desk did amazing handling my manual car. I will be back and would recommend anyone to them.

Once again, what was a go-to place for me, for several of my automotive needs, has gone straight into the crapper. My tire pressure system said it needed maintenance, tried to schedule an appointment online twice, but never got a response. Finally called directly and got an appointment. They said two of my sensors needed to be replaced, it would take a couple hours, to which I said fine. It took 4hrs to replace two sensors - which isn't normal. I eventually overheard it was because the mechanic working on my car literally quit and walked off half-way through working on my vehicle because he found out he got a better offer from another company. They finished the job but the sensors weren't working. They said I needed to drive around a bit for them to calibrate. I drove around for 15min. Nothing changed. Went back, they tried to reset it again and said I needed to drive around again. At that point I had to leave for another appointment, so they said to bring it back if it still didn't work. It never worked again. I have since gone there 3 different times and the person needing to look at it (who knows how to run the calibration machine) was never available. So I started calling and still nothing - sometimes no answer, sometimes "He's not in". I'm having another company look at it next week. Needless to say, I won't be back to Car-X.

I went in with concerns about my tire pressure, and Wyatt was the one who helped me at the front desk. They have some great people working at this location, and even just stopping by to ask for some light help felt like a great part of my day. Wyatt had a great personality and made light conversation with me that made me feel welcome. Definitely knowledgeable and discusses cars and related topics in a way that makes it approachable for people not involved in the industry. Will definitely be coming here again, thanks Wyatt and the guys working here on (8/30)!

Do not recommend $1000 later still same issue. Now trying to say it’s the fuel pump $471. Don’t let these ppl make your car worse then what it is or charge u for work u don’t even need done! Now I’m renting a car to take my family on a trip make it make sense y’all will be making this right!

They told me I needed a new battery for my car or I would be stranded. I called their bluff and my car has no battery issues and its been 3 months. I don’t appreciate being preyed on like a fool because I’m a woman. I will not be back for a return visit.
