“The customer service at Caliber in Normal, IL was outstanding! We pulled in last Monday on our way to Michigan from St. Louis for a vacation road trip. As I was getting on the highway the person in front of me dodged a large piece of a bumper, and I had no choice but to run over it. When we heard something dragging we knew we had to stop and this location was just off the highway. Anthony came out to help, and pulled the car around the corner to take a look - all bays were full so he climbed under the car and removed the under carriage cover that had been dragging. While he did this I waited in the waiting area, which was so clean and welcoming, with Halloween decorations, candy and coffee. The person at the desk could not have been nicer. When Anthony finished, we asked how much we owe him and he said it was nothing, and sent us on our way. This type of kindness and service deserves a heartfelt shout out! Thank you, Anthony - we hope we never need your services again, but if we do, we would count ourselves very lucky to return to your shop. Thank you so much!
