I went into campustown while visiting my daughter to get some gear and the owner was so rude. He never spoke to me or my kids then when I asked him a question he acted as though I was bothering him and he didn’t want to help me. I will never go there again. It doesn’t take much effort to be kind.

Find another ISU apparel store! It’s unfortunate a store like this wants to drive away so many good customers in Uptown Normal and give ISU families and friends such a bad experience when visiting ISU.

I give this place one star because after my family had spent $100+ at this store the manager proceeds to walk up to me and size me and my 15 year old cousin up. He had accidentally dropped a volley ball and we cleaned the mess it made and the manager proceeded to get into our faces and give us dirty looks till we left his store. Extremely unprofessional and horrible to do that to a child. If the short bald guy is working just know he might try to get in your face too for no reason at all.

I've always loved coming to this place from the moment my mom and I first visited the store during my Illinois State Preview day, and I think the owner is doing the right thing by putting his foot down to those who oppose wearing masks or getting vaccinated. Being a storeowner means that your #1 concern is for the health of the patrons that enter and leave your establishment, and what he is currently doing showcases that awareness and concern for his own guests. If you have a problem...there's the door.

I simply enjoy Campus Town… I’m currently dealing with reinventing self, and I get much satisfaction from the positive and supportive merchandise. Every time I leave I leave with a hidden gem❤️The Owner is someone that does not sugar coat or waste time but he is one of the nicest people you could sit and talk with. Dan is very nice and cares about the safety of his customers and staff. ❤️

Terrible and rude owner…Upon first walking in, owner (Bald older man) confronted me on wearing my mask properly over my nose. It was completely covering my nose prior to his comments. He then threatened to kick me out. Also he yelled at my grandma for her to put her mask over her nose. Very rude and unprofessional. I do not know how a business can operate under such terrible management. I will never spend another dollar here and I advise all of you to do the same. This is by far the worst experience in a store for me and my grandma and I felt very uncomfortable with him watching us like a hawk. Good luck staying in business.

Today 12/17/21 upon entering bald man employee possibly manager was confrontational about our masks. He got into.my face and said "your mask is barely covering your nose. Whether you male a purchase or not I don't care." We left! Sorry j**** We had on masks but you seem to want to fight with your patrons. Guess what? We are not your patrons any longer!!!

Terrible experience. Me and my dad were in the store for 1 minute and my dad lowered his mask for a quarter of a second to fix his fogged eyeglasses and was met by the older bald owner who had on sight confronted us and proceeded to tell me to raise my mask higher even though it was already covering my nostrils as well as the entirety of my nose. We told him not to be so hostile and he immediately charged towards us and threatened his customers when we were even considering buying products there. Highly recommend you don’t visit, even after analyzing the product material is cheap and overpriced, please take this business down, or at least get a new owner.

Terrible terrible experience. Immediately upon walking into the store. Not even 5 steps. My girlfriend is getting yelled at for not wearing her mask properly. The owner, a bald white man, immediately said if he needs to ask again that he will ask us to leave. We voluntarily left due to his condescending tone and complete and utter rudeness. When i asked why he was being so rude he proceeded to get in my face. Absolutely embarrassing way to be running a business. If you have any other choice of store, choose it because that man should never get any business again.

I am one to follow rules with mask requirements and I respect the rules of businesses. Dan, one of the workers, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I thought that my mask was above my nose and Dan started to rudely call me out and attempt to argue with me saying it wasn’t. He asked me to pull my mask above my nose, which I thought my nose was covered enough, and I pulled my mask over my nose even more and complied. He continued to argue with me when I said I didn’t realize it was under because I didn’t feel it when I usually can. He began to say that I had a poor excuse while I tried to leave the situation alone. He was instigating the the argument.

Worst place to give business. Private owned or not, don’t waste spending a single penny. Owner was not raised respectfully. Full grown man getting all up in a college students face as well as chased us out of the store. Absolutely ridiculous!
