Took my car in here for an oil change and they “pulled up carfax” and told me my car was a flooded rebuilt title, told me my car has never had an oil change in the 90k miles, recommended engine flush and new air filters. They replaced air filter but in doing so they disconnected my air intake hose and couldn’t fix it. FYI my carfax is a clean title, no accidents, serviced regularly. Wouldn’t recommend Shady rays, I would go somewhere else.

Been here for oil change as the car lights came on before it hit the miles, the staff still checked and said I was good for about 500miles. Filled up some steering wheel fluid and air in tires and sent me to come back later. Ashley was really nice and explained every service and made sure everything was good. The team is quick and friendly. They tell you what they are doing and suggested services that needs to be done next time. Reasonable prices.

I just got my brakes done here. They get the job done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. You can definitely tell they truly care about their customers. I also just got an oil change done and they give a special discount to healthcare workers. I will be coming back in the future!!

I just got my oil changed today. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting this done. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Had some questions concerning mechanical work for another vehicle I own and got honest answers with reasonable prices! I really like that Big Rays is a family owned and operated business! I was forced to stop to get my air pressure checked while in town in May 2024 for my cousin's graduation; Mike & Cameron provided me with expert advice and adjusted the tire pressure on all of my tires (I had tried to fill it with too much air on my own). They were both kind, swift, and informative and I truly appreciate their help while I was traveling!
