Tried to get an appointment for a bath for my dog. She had been groomed here before and when I picked her up she looked good. Nothing was said that they wouldn't groom her again but today I got a text from them saying they wouldn't groom her again because she didn't like the dryer and was "bitey" when they were trimming her paws and nails. Think they should have said this when I picked her up. Not good customer service!

Made an appointment months in advance. Recieved a text message 5 days prior cancelling the appointment. Staffer claims that we discussed last time that they were no longer welcome due to my dog being bitey (but no bites). That is a pretty big big conversation that I do not remember having. Nonetheless she claimed, with an extremely condescending tone, they no longer do collies. This company used to be run by the operator. He was kind and gentle to all dogs. Extremely accommodating and one the friendliest businesses I had a pleasure being a customer of.
Dogs age and change. Be prepared to leave even if you're in existing customer or better yet find someone that will work with you over the life of your pet.

They do a reliably fantastic job, and my dog leaves happy which is so important since he has had bad experiences with a groomer in the past.

Momo and I loved the place! The staff was great and i felt their love for pets. My dog had a great time and as a Schnauzer they did a wonderful job with his haircut.

My Goop looks so good! He had a great time too, he didn’t even realize I walked in the door. He was just enjoying his time with the others! I didn’t realize he even liked dogs his own size, he’s not a fan of big dogs. But he was just happy sniffing the other little dogs. We will be back! I loved seeing him interact with the other little dogs

Love this place! They’re so friendly and playful with my pup. If I have any concerns, they listen and are very accommodating. Have been going to them for over a year. They book up fast and have reasonable prices. My pup loves going to see them. He always come back fluffy and bright.
