Rylan, Mike and Tony (GM) are exceptional workers and people.
My husband has been recovering, by the grace of God, from multiple brain surgeries and procedures as well as working through various heart issues. I stopped for gas, with my husband as passenger, near Advanced Auto Parts and suddenly was not able to restart my Ford Edge. The problem seemed to be the battery and all in very cold weather. I ran over to the Advanced Auto Parts, a place I have often visited with my Dad in years past, and explained my situation. Rylan gathered the appropriate information and was able to help me get my car to the store for further assistance. I was so thankful. Rylan skillfully worked with my husband in troubleshooting my car's problem. Rylan had us wait inside of the store as he worked out in the cold, all with a sincere and joyful smile. What a greatly skilled team indeed. My husband worked with Rylan in choosing a good battery and complete finish to fixing my car. Tony, Mike and Rylan all worked together between care for all customers in the store and taking good care of my husband and I. What a tremendous blessing this near crisis situation turned out to be, all because of three terrific, sharp, pleasant, and skillful young men, great at what they do.
