Hallways need to be cleaned. Management doesn't do good job with turning over cleaned Apts. The furnace filters weren't changed in years and mold on caulk around shower

Apartments are nice. Rooms are quite small though. Their gym center is nice but I really wish they would add more equipment. I do enjoy the free stuff they give out in their office building and how sweet the maintenance workers were before YA bought them over.The only complaint I have is that these are college apartments. I lived on the 1st floor right by the stairs and I heard every single foot step going up and down the stairs, I would hear everyone’s conversations as they walk by, I also kept hearing my upstairs neighbors stomping all over, squeaking the bed, turning on the faucet, even turning on the light. The walls are very thin so I can also hear my roommates from the other side. One of my roommates for my 1st year didn’t make my experience any better, I completely despised them.Overall, it’s an okay apartment complex. It’s cheaper than the other apartments around campus! Pretty fun place to live

727 West Apartments have been amazing to work with!! I can’t say enough about the people who work there. They have walked me through step by step making sure everything was in place for my daughter to move into a furnished apartment. The apartments are nice, clean & layout is perfect. For anyone going to Heartland, this is the perfect location!! I can’t say thank enough to Allison & all the employees that work here for all of their help.

I visited my friend Kyle’s apartment after a college visit at ISU. Although I ultimately chose to go to a different school I would definitely recommend the apartment he lives at. Around $400 dollars for a newly remodeled and fully furnished apartment? Can’t get better than that!

College student looking for a place to call home? This is the place. All new appliances, sleek modern look. Also include your own private gym. Rent is decent compared to other places in the area. I would 100% recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience with the appointment. Kyle was very knowledgeable and energetic. You could tell he really wanted to help. He also lives here which is delightfully surprising. I really loved fact they had model which stops invading people privacy unlike other places i visited. Kyle made sure during visit all concerns for now were addressed. You will not be dissapointed by looking at this hidden secret. However this is roomate place to be affordable but all rooms have outside deadbolts. This is a must see. Tell them Piaget F. /My daughter referred you .

Cheapest place I could find around Bloomington/ISU area. Only complaint is that the apartment was not clean when we moved in and a few faulty appliances. Maintenance did come fix them though. Overall good for money but certainly not a luxury apartment like many of those on campus, however we are paying substantially less though so can't complain too much.

I came down to ISU for their homecoming and visited my friend Kyle’s apartment here. I liked the fact that it was newly remodeled and looked very clean. Also the laundry room is really nice to be in an apartment.

When I visited my friend Kyle’s apartment I was very impressed with kitchen and brand new appliances. A lot of apartments around here have outdated/ worn / used appliances. Would definitely recommend living at 727 West.

This Is My Second Apartment With Fairlawn Real Estate And I Can Honestly Say 727 Is Probably The Worst. When You Apply, You Fill Out A Roommate Questionnaire, But They Don’t Take It Into Consideration. I Feel As Though They Place You Based Off Race And Ethnicity. Ever Since I’ve Moved Here, I’ve Been Uncomfortable In My Own Home. Very Excited About Moving Out.

I don´t event know what to start with, 727 West Apartments is just a wonderful place to life at.The rent and bills are extremely affordable, the maintanance of the buildings, clubhouse and gym are extraordinary. The location is amazing, the bus stops are just 1 minute away and can take you to Heartland CC (which is my case) in just 3min and also to Uptown so you can enjoy all things BloNo has to offer. I would definetily recommend this place to everyone who is looking for an apartment!!!!

727 West apartments are a great value for their money! It’s a beautiful property with spacious units. Alexa from the property showed me her apartment which was beautiful! The units are clean, well-kept and have room for everything you need.

I have had a difficult time at 727 West. Although the rent is nice, it’s not all as good as it seems. From my dryer breaking 4 times, the dishwasher catching on fire (?), to live rats in my apartment. I will give it to the maintenance staff, they are lovely men and did their best each time out. However, my overall experience has been quite hectic.
