I live in Texas. I’ve been looking for two pairs of Hokas For my family. They were sold out online and add brick-and-mortar stores everywhere. I found Waxberg online call them. They found the both the shoes at different store locations and sent them to me within a week. From now on when I need to replace the Hokas I will be using this fabulous company

So appreciate the fantastic selection of in-stock shoes! The staff there is so helpful. Lou was so patient in helping me find the perfect house shoes for my foot condition. Lou is so pleasant - you can tell that he really wants to get the right shoes for you and tailors his recommendations to your foot/leg/knee/back issue. I am home now wearing my new house shoes and in heaven my feet feel so good - no pain! Thrilled there is a shop like Waxberg's nearby!

The last of the 'real' shoe stores. I absolutely love Waxberg's. Lou took care of me and my sister. He was unbelievably helpful, low key and listened!! His customer service is extraordinary. From now on, Waxberg's is my first stop when looking for shoes.

I brought my Dad to buy new shoes at Waxberg's. My Dad has mobility issues and hates shopping. The service was fantastic and they were so helpful fitting him. Lou was patient, explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable about what shoes would help him. We bought two great fitting pairs. We will definetely be back! Hopefully for myself next time.

Irwin is the best!! He knows everything about shoes and feet and style!! I have problematic feet and Irwin always finds something that not only fits - but looks good!! He is patient and wonderful.

I love both pairs of shoes. My brooks walking/workout shove and hi top remonti she fit so well. I have no pressure on my arthritic toe and they look good!! Jeff at the shop was more than helpful. He knew what my feet needed. My feet are happy ?

We fell in love with Waxberg"s. It's one of the few full service shoe stores still around. Service was better than excellent. Andrew spent lots of time making sure the fit was perfect. Thank you, Andrew! They have a great selection of well-made shoes and will find the right shoe for you.. We're looking forward to a return visit.
