I want to highlight some amazing employees named TK and Valaria who take care of me from A to Z . They have become close to my heart with how much they have helped me. Best service received from Verizon. Mo took care of me and was phenomenal and knowledgeable about his products. When I first came was frustrated with my new phone but MO made it seamless and made sure I was set up for everything. Will be definitely sending people his way . Thank you for everything MOJIM ZENNER NEVER NEVERED POSTED THE ABOVE. MO WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD TO YELL AND SCREAMED AT HIM WHEN I CAME BACK THURSDAY LATE AFTERNOON. I WILL GO TO CORPORATE ON THIS. My family has been coming here for a long time and was happy with customer services. But lately due to what I’m guessing are recent hires, or maybe just people losing passion for their jobs, we have had unpleasant encounters. Manager Mo seemed like he was unwilling and unhappy to help. Using snarky comments like, “it’s simple math” when we asked how much monthly payment would be if we paid off a phone. Very unhappy with services lately.

Nothing ever gets done. The product they produce are inferior. As a customer of 6 months, the service is so bad. In the past 2 months, I have contacted 9 employees of Verizon. A third of these tried to steer me away from using Verizon. Recap: both product and services are inferior and both employees and customers are unhappy. Do the math! JFK

Mr. Sabistian is always provide full support and help. He is going extra mile to help his customers. He explained in detailed the promotion and advised me what will fit my needs. He is an assets to Verizon Team. I have been in customer service for the last 15 years, Sabistian is the best.Try to check him sooner for better deals.

Highly recommended this place.I visited the place just to ask a question and left with a new service. All the associates are very knowledgeable and experienced.I dealt with Kyle, and I can't even start expressing my appreciation for the help and patience of that young man. He went above and beyond to help me with my new account. I'm not very technical savvy and don't understand much about the new technology. He spent over an hour explaining and helping me to set everything up.I'm very happy with the service there

Unethical selling do get a written document for whatever they say because after enrolling the bill you will get will be completely different and super higher rates and if u try to close the account they hit you with other new charges very inappropriate I am so disappointed

I stopped in today to switch my Mom's phone on our family plan. Terry was there to help and he was super knowledgeable, and gave me options for what the best deals are. We also needed to upgrade our Internet service and he was very efficient about it, and able to explain stuff to a non-techy. I had a great experience and would recommend as there were also others who came in seemingly satisfied with the service. Bonus: a few different languages were spoken by staff which helped out the diverse customer base. In any event, if you want a dedicated individual who is kind and knows what he's talking about, go see Terry!

Not typically a negative review kinda guy but this place is completely unorganized and customer service is definitely not there other than the greeter that checks you in. I was waiting for almost an hour to be helped and the people that walked in after me got help first….simply walked out… I’m buying the 15 pro Max today from a different location, sad since this one is walking distance to me.

This location does not want customers. I walked in at 5 minutes to 6 and I was refused service. Isn't the closing time the time you are supposed to receive the last customer and not the time you stopped serving them.I asked if there are other stores nearby and I was told all corporate stores close at 6. He never bothered pointing me to the direction of non-corporate stores that are open until 7 or 8.
