I would never shop at this store Sara was so rude and not friendly at allThey need to have a return policy in place and on the receipt I was told after two weeks only they would not take items back and cannot be open ..tell me if you can't open the item how in the world are you gonna try it ??? when I enter the store I almost fell they have items laying around what kind of place does that ? NO more

needed a nebulizer for mom. Medicare doesn't cover unless you obtain the equipment from an approved medical supply house. After calling 4 of the medical supply houses on the Medicare list found US Medical Equipment who said yes. Outlined the process and made things easy. Hurray for people who work there who care and know their business.

I'm very satisfied with US Medical Equipment. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I was able to walk with my knee brace. Sarah was surer friendly and very helpful with my injury. She provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

The woman who works there was very kind, she helped me to find the right walker for my Mom and a hospital table. Tragically, my mom passed away four days after I purchased the items. I had already opened the hospital table and disposed of the box, but the walker was brand new and had not been used. When I finally had a minute, I went back to the store and explained the situation (about 3 weeks after my mom died) and she was incredibly kind and offered to take the walker back and give me a refund. She didn't have to do that, but she did it out of kindness and compassion and I really appreciate her going out of her way to help me at the worst time of my life. If you need any medical supplies, I highly recommend this store.
