I come here frequently to ship out my artwork to clients and customers locally/nationally and I’m glad that my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. Ruben is always helpful and mindful about things to help make the shipping of my art that much better; he wants to ensure that the art that is sent out arrives to the client’s hand safely and in perfect condition. I’ve never had a client of mine complain about shipping and they’ve always received their art in perfect condition. Thankful that you guys have a mindful and driven associate like Ruben.Edit- 1/24/24I visited this location after a long time and I was greeted by Tiffany. She took the time to guide me through the new system and add my updated info to it. I was surprised she knew me by name cause again, I haven’t visited this location in a minute, but it was nice to be known. She asked detailed questions on how I wanted my piece to be shipped out, which I appreciate because it is an exhibition piece and I didn’t want it to be damaged on arrival. She was very detail oriented and I’m grateful for that.

Twice I would try to make an Amazon return on this place and they would always have an issue with my package. I would go to a different store and they would not have a problem with my package. Staff sounds arrogant and not really customer friendly.

I had 2 items to ship. One was a very small envelope 4 inches×4 inches. The lady at the store put it inside an envelope 12 inches by 12 inches. On inquiring if they did not have a smaller envelope, there was no reply. I thought the lady was very curt. The second package was a box 8 inches × 8 inches ×2inches. The cost for both items was the same. I will definitely not visit this place in the future.

Great store! Every one was so patient with me especially Sonja, Tiffany and Lezly! They were all so nice and helpful would definitely recommend coming back to this UPS Store. This is now my main store to go to!

Today I visit the UPS store in Niles on Greenwood. Good Customer service is hard to come by. I must say Sonja and Tiffany were amazing. I was already stressed about getting this package there and shipping it these two ladies made this experience easy. In the world we live in its hard to come across nice people. Keep doing an amazing job ladies you 2 were phenomenal.

Sonja and Tiffany have always provided good service, when i stop by its like seeing a good friends. Theyre also very knowledgable and answer all of my questions. No matter how many packages i drop off theyre always nice.

So they close at 6:30 PM. I reached there at 6:22 PM to send an urgent fax. And the girl said we're out of service an it's not gonna work till tomorrow morning 8:00 AM. She think we customers are fool. Lol!

Sent an email, but got no response. This place is a joke!I wish I could dispute my transaction, at least I could get $50 back on the shipping they charged me.

Absolutely worst customer service every time I walk into the UPS store. I’d rather drive 15-20mins & have a nice experience at other UPS stores than this one. Last when I went there to return some items Tiffany was the one who assisted us & she was full of attitude! Something was probably wrong with the scanner but she kept looking away & wouldn’t wanna scan unless we brightened up the phone & zoomed the picture. Mind you the phone’s brightness was on the highest & the picture was zoomed all the way. All these people working in this store gives this store a really negative, nasty vibe! Every time I walk in I know I’ll be greeted with lots of attitude & nastiness! It’s disgusting how people don’t know how to deal with customers & how managers don’t take the time to teach them proper etiquettes of being a customer service representative/employee! I feel so belittled by these employees! They really need to take an action because enough is enough with their attitude! I have read some other reviews & everyone’s literally saying the same thing. Idk why they haven’t fired there people yet! Also to add to it the employee, Tiffany kept rolling her eyes & only God knows why she was rolling them. Absolutely DISGUSTING!

So kind staff!! Especially a lady employee ^^ I was embarrassed because there was a little problem, but she responded kindly for a long time until the end without being annoyed by my poor English. Thanks a lot!
