I really wanted to give 0 or one star review.
But when I think about store previous manager I couldn’t.
I often go this location ultra beauty and tries and bought all my cosmetics related things.
But one day after a few months I entered store and tried samples.
There were 3 female, they start communicating me as if I am stealer or begger (or something else who does not worth) and they warned me I couldn’t sit down on the make up chairs. ????
I have very big belly, 8 month’s pregnant.
So that I sit down and tried my make up.
(I always sit down there and tried choose my products before)
Their guy manager was ( or just worker) amazing man, he was kind and so professional.
Coz of his good attitude I went there .
But somehow he might left his work at this store.
But those rude girls killed my senses and desires to go here again.
And they made my day so bad, I have not feeling suck a negative feelings before at anywhere else..

Salwa is an AMAZING hair stylist! I came in with my hair looking disastrous. I had low expectations that I could get it back to its original solid color. I don’t know how, but Salwa made it happen! She gives a wonderful hair wash and is super knowledgeable about how to treat damaged and thinning hair. So happy with the results!

Didnt price match an item and told me to get it thought the app and asked if I order it can they push it to the front they said no. I’m calling corporate. I ended up not buying an item because it was cheaper on ulta than target.

They told me they refill angel perfume when I went in they said no they didnt! When I was at the counter I just wanted to inform the cashier and she started yelling at me!

Marsil from MAC was phenomenal but also the entire store as well went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be returning back, everyone's knowledge was greatly appreciated and valued.

I just left this location pretty disappointed. I tried exchanging a product that i recently purchased because the concealer did not match my shade, therefore i never used it. I tried exchanging it to my correct shade today though the manager had an attitude and said the product was empty which was absolutely false. She was not helpful nor understanding whatsoever. Soon as the Manager walked away the employee at the register said "I believe you, it doesn't look empty" unfortunately she couldn't do much and i was not able to return this. By far the worst Ulta ive been to.. went to a different Ulta location after and was able to exchange the same product without a problem. DO BETTER.

As a POC, I find it difficult most times to get help in predominately white serviced stores. This was also the case at Ulta in Golf Mill (my first visit), so I went to Sephora until they closed in Golf Mill. I gave Ulta a second chance (but let me be clear) ONLY for Conrad do I keep coming back. I continue to shop here because he consistently is kind and helpful. Even if I wander into the store, Conrad is walking around and will find people to ask if they need help. My last visit he had a line! I can’t say that about anyone else at that store, for me. I am impressed with his product knowledge overall, but specifically on black/brown products and his ability to shade match what looks flattering on black/brown skin. He is an absolute GEM, and makes me feel like a valued customer and human being. I also brought a friend and patiently waited for him. Conrad, I hope you read this. I appreciate you, I love your makeup, and I hope you know what may seem small (or just doing your job) to you has made a huge impact on me. You are the standard, and the caliber of employee all stores should aim to have. You get 10/5 stars from me.

By far the worst Ulta I've ever been to. Was returning a couple of items that were clearly sealed and unused and the clerk was examining like I was done type of criminal. I understand theyneed to check items that are returned but she wasextremely rude
