They fix the phone the wrong way and refuse to be responsible. Repaired the phone screen and noticed a little bump. I immediately notified the staff, she asked the manager and said it's normal thing and assured me that it's under the warranty. Hence, there is no need to worry. A couple of months down the road, that bump became a functional issue, and upon bringing the phone for repair, the manager claims it's the manufacturer's issue, not their issue. Completely ignoring their mistake and avoiding responsibility while taking customers' money.

Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They stayed open an extra 45 mins for me! I forgot to update my phone before getting it fixed and my storage was full so they weren’t able to update it themselves. So when I came to pick up my phone I had to sit there and clear up my storage and then we had to wait for my phone to update and calibrate. Also I didn’t make an appointment and they were able to fix my broken screen same day. They went above and beyond for me when they really didn’t have to.

I've had to use this place three times, and the third time was the charm. First time I had a screen that needed to be replaced. Second time was also screen to be replaced. Third time on a new phone, and you guessed it I needed a screen replace. Just being clear that my issue was resolved, and I am happy with the service that was finally provided. But it took a while to get me to the spot. I have to drive a half an hour there and back, and had to do this three times in this situation. The first time, I actually made an appointment for 6:00 p.m. online, and was lucky enough to actually get there a few minutes before 6:00 to see the sign on the door said they close at 6:00. That was a little bit disconcerting. The next day, when I went to go pick up my phone, it was brought out unlocked. It was working no problem, until I got about 10 minutes away and realized that it wouldn't recognize my fingerprint. So, I had to go back the next day to have them fix that. I did get a phone call from someone in customer service, and the guy said he would be sending me some compensation due to the inconvenience of having to go back and forth so much. The reality is I'm just happy to have my phone back, but having to go there so many times and actually not receiving any compensation has me a little miffed. So I can only give them a three, and hopefully never have to go back there again... Not because it was the worst thing I've ever done, but because I would prefer to not bust my phone again ??

Extremely friendly staff, who give expert advice without the incentive of selling unwanted products or services. That coupled with a quick turnaround time is what will have me returning with any other tech repairs I may need in the future.

I drove there after I saw that they advertise to repair PS5 controllers, but they receive you not in a very nice way saying that they charge more ($79 in labor just to start) than what the controller is worth ($74 + taxes) even without knowing what the issue is. I wasted gas

5 Stars does not do this place justice. Absolutely AMAZING staff and technicians. Kyle is a god-send not only an incredibly intelligent and skilled technician, but as a person he is so kind and understanding. He brought my laptop back to life when other places said its unfixable. He was super patient and informative and I recommend anyone that needs work done to come to him! Yara at the front was also very kind and sweet and helped me understand the process inside and out and I trust these people with my eyes closed. Don't hesitate working with them they are the absolute best!
