The store is decent, but the digital app sucks. You don't receive the prices listed because the app never loads at checkout. Two honest cashiers told me they won't download the app even though they work there. They said the app absolutely sucks. They agreed the IT Department should be fired because the app sucks. Tony's, I'm done with you. Why? Because your app sucks!

Got potato wedges for $10! I walked thinking perhaps the cashier thought it was a shrimp container. Just never going back again.

I used to spend a good deal of money with the Tony's in Niles. I would get curbside pickup because of health reasons. The staff for curbside was fantastic, especially Maria. They would call if they had any questions about my online order. You then began to charge for pickup. I started shopping less frequently. The other day I decided to shop again only to find out that Curbside pickup has been cancelled. Sorry to hear that. Your ex customer Frank

Today I have a very bad experience in this store the employee from the meat department I pressed the number machine and the man was ignoring me. Until another man came and only then did he start calling out the numbers. The people at the meat department are always rude, better customer service at Jewel. Train your employees better in customer service.

I went in today to get some meat and the man was very rude, he was ignoring me, but proceeded to help another customer who came after me. I left immediately and left my loaded cart. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Best place to shop for groceries. Have a wide variety of international items and many to chose from. Staff are super friendly and always there to help you.

Jimmy Dean Bacon on sell this week, limit 2 per coupons on app. Prospect Heights store had signs in 2 areas where bacon was located, noting limit of 3. Took a picture of the sign after being charged $3.99 for 1 package. Received the dollar back. Check your receipt. This is not a first instant for me at this store.

First and last time I'll go to this store. Stood at the bakery for 10 minutes this morning....I was the only one standing there....2 girls behind the counter made eye contact with me then continued on drinking their Dunkin coffee and chatting it up. No "can I help you" not even a "hello". Nothing. Plenty of other grocery stores and bakeries out there, Tony....you need to do better!!

I love Tony's for the great produce, meat department, Deli counter, Bakery, ethnic foods, fresh juice and awesome weekly sales! I only wish they offered paper bags.

Tony's quality has gone down at this store. They stock their shelves with old products. Nothing fresh here. Meat is all black they mix it up with other meat that looks fresh but as soon as you get home and open it up it smells and you'll find the old pieces mixed on the bottom. There's so much more wrong at this store. Please managing department stop selling old, rotten, moldy food to customers. The majority of customers have children!Today just did it. How long has this box gone unnoticed???

While I enjoy the quality of the meats and produce the store does not honor advertised prices unless you catch it during check out. What I mean by saying that is every time I go there there are multiple items that will ring up for more than the advertised prices either in the weekly ad or on the tags in the store. Then When you ask them about it you get the third degree from the manager they will call over. While I will usually catch their mistakes I feel more concerned for some of their elderly clients that maybe not able to see the screen or follow along as they are ringing items up. I will give two examples from my experience today...... gatorades were supposed to be .99 when u buy 10. I bought 10 but did they ring up for that price....nope. Family size Doritos clearly labeled 2 for $10 when you buy 2. Did they ring up for that ....... Nope. Both had to have a manager come over and take 10mins to pull out ads and just to find out I am right. They really need to look at their point of sale system.

Nice store, but your deli sucks. First I waited while your employee put away sausage. Do I need a number,? Since 2 of us were waiting. I got a number, and was still ignored. I left and went to Jewel. At least there they have great employees. Next time I'll just shop at Jewel.

Love Tony's. It's a huge grocery store with a really good produce and meat/seafood dept. I always love my trips to Tony's since it has almost everything I look for. The weekly ads usually have some really good deals. This time I picked up a whole salmon. The best part...the fish mongers clean and prep the fish for you so it's totally easy when you get home. (No mess). If you have their app, you could also get their Friday freebie deals, a product giveaway each week.
