rude staff that gets all up in your personal space. the store has testers but the lady will snap at you for testing the testers.....

went a little before closing on march 14 and the lady working the store followed my friends around extremely closely and then told me not to scrape the edges of the tester (which i was doing to get the excess off) , and i didn't understand what she meant at first so she proceeded to take it out of my hands swirl it around the edge (that obviously had even more excess on it clearly from others doing the same) tapped it on my hand and put it back. i was overall extremely uncomfortable, irked and just overall humiliated. it seemed like of the 4 of my friends (including me) she singled me out. it was solidified when i moved away from the testers and towards the back to see what my friend had been looking at and noticed she was still watching me.

All the good reviews are from people mistakenly reviewing the H-Mart. Was literally just rudely snapped at by the very unwelcoming and intrusive store attendant. She was basically standing behind me the whole time and snapped at me when I took a picture of a product because I wanted to look up ingredients and they have no signal. There's no signs that say "no photos", and the products are VERY marked up. Left immediately, after she insisted I remove the photo (which I did). Just driving away possible customers by being unnecessarily rude.

The good reviews are from people thinking they're reviewing Hmart. This store is inside hmart. The lady working there is rude AF and she started screaming at me when I took a pic of a toner lol. Maybe put signs that say no photos if it's that serious smhAnyways it seems everything is marked up outrageously so don't bother checking it out unless ur into being profiled lol

I stopped by this store for the first time today because I ended up preparing for some gifts at the last minute with no time for ordering online. The woman asked me, "How can I help you?" So, I responded, "I am just looking around." Within less than another 3 minutes, she asked me the same question again in a very stern voice as she was watching at every move of mine at the store. By then, it made me feel very uncomfortable, and just looking around the store didn't seem to be allowed in this store. Or she was watching as if I wasn't stealing anything in the store. As I was pressed for time for having to get small gifts quickly, I ended up purchasing two small cleansing creams and paying for them in a hurry and left. They had a decent collection in their small store, but if they don't make customers feel comfortable with looking around the store, I am not sure if their displays are any good. After this unpleasant experience, I shall not make another visit to this store. Either order online or go to the cosmetics store next to this store.

Everything you need in one place. Groceries, Asian restaurants, live seas food, delicious treats from the French bakery, Kpop items, Korean skincare, furniture, Korean healthy products, household items, etc. I love H-Mart!

The Face Shop is my one stop shop for all my skincare needs. It's inside the Hmart along side the other shops. I've been coming here for close to 10 years. All the cosmetics and skin care products are top quality and good for all skin types including sensitive skin. Emily is always very friendly and happy to help me with selecting the right products. She's very good at identifying what you need depending on the season and adjusting products according to your skin. She always give nice take away samples of new products for you to try. That is beneficial so you know if that product will work for you or not vs. buying and not being happy with results. Honestly, every product I've used has never given me any issues! I love the CC SPF 50+ face makeup cushion! All products are luxurious and concentrated so you don't need to use much. They also have nice items for men's skincare too. I love this store and specifically this location! Great skincare at very good prices!

I've been long time customer in Face shop .But recently i bought some facial set it was very expensive .I know the products very well but these products were so runny and give me itch .I hope they selling original brand.

Cute little shop in the HMART mall. Products are top notch and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It may feel a little off putting to some but I really appreciate the no nonsense approach to actually helping me with skincare. Products can be found cheaper online, but I like to test and ask questions.

I was charge twice the amount of what I bought from them. I wish I could return what I bought COLLAGEN set for $65? It’s only $35 in Amazon. COLLAGEN cream for $36? It’s only $26 in Amazon. I didn’t use them yet . I want to return them !
