I just found out that their "rewards" PROGRAM has cost me $14.95 a MONTH for the past 8 months over a $120 purchase!!! This is outrageous to entice people to join a rewards program to save shipping and then charge them MONTHLY for a "rewards" program. It's just not right

As of right now these clowns will get 1* customer service won't answer the phone, tried pulling payment early so it bounced and I had to pay that but they kept trying 5 times. Claim to all at my earliest convenience then the computer that answers the phone and asks questions like everything is fine then it will not recognize the info it asks for then hangs up on me instead of getting me to a human when I a human called a phone number to talk to a human as per this places mail they sent. If they are to cheap to answer a phone where else are they cutting corners on? The quality of products they sell, the way they handle the products they sell, their lower employees, their cyber security for other people's information? It really does tell alot about a company and their practices. So many companies are using computers instead of humans to answer a phone when a human calls in, I do not know about you but I do not speak binary any more and I doubt many do. A phone was designed for a human to talk to another human not a human to a computer that cannot even process the information that it is programed to ask for. I will update this post if I ever get ahold of a human.

I received a slightly damaged item from a Star Wars collection series that I purchased for my husband. He is a huge collector so minor damage was a bummer but would have been accepted. I messaged them and sent pics. Without hesitation they offered a replacement item and don't need to return the original one. Great customer service! Thanks Anna!

My experience was a good one. Package was delivered 1 day early. Unfortunately the item was damaged. returned with no problem and an appology for the defect. I will certainly by in the future.

I paid and they canceled me for " nonpayment," didn't even try to cash the check.It was for Trump token.They are already over priced and made in China.I have bought from Bradford Exchange for years and don't know why all of a sudden they treat a customer the way I was treated.It may be authentic bur low quality and yes from China.We'd think the designer would be here in America

This THOMAS Kincaid pull up tree is beautiful and very easy To set up. The ribbon and the bulbs are just gorgeous. And it’s expected and more. I’ve had many compliments from people coming into my home. Yes I have the tree up before Thanksgiving. It’s a first for me, but it was so beautiful when it came that I couldn’t resist.
