Came in to shop for a shipt order and needed an additional quantity of an item that only had 1 on the shelf. Jackie was asked if she could see if they were sold out and if not could an extra one be retrieved from the back as this is for a customer who already paid for the item. Jackie proceeds to state, "I'm just tryna finish my cart and go home"...I'm truly confused as to what that would have to do with me and meeting the customer's needs. Very bad attitude for no reason. But it should be expected at this point from a Target employee as their hiring standards are on the floor.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Probably not my first choice when going to a Target location but this was the closest store that had an item I was looking for in stock. Besides the friendly and helpful staff, when I visited around 6/7pm on a Thursday night, it was quite busy with a few rowdy and loud teenagers/young adults in their early 20s congregating around in the aisles/main walkways, others connecting to Bluetooth speakers in the entertainment section and loudly playing inappropriate music/videos. Either the same group or another group also parked further away from the entrance, playing loud music. I guess Target is the new "mall rats." I am all about having fun but this was a bit too much for recent visit.

The location of this store is great, along with the cleanliness and great customer service makes this store a great place to shop!

Target in Niles, IL - picked up an online order and it was a pleasant and quick experience. The person that helped to get my order was cheerful and fast. I’d go there again.

No employees in tech section. Couldn't buy anything, they just lost out on my $250

I have experienced several incidents with this specific target. There is a Caucasian lady with short blonde hair who shops the pick up orders who has either jumped in front of me with her cart or almost knocked me down trying to get past me. The problem is she never says excuse me or apologizes for almost knocking me down. Same thing with a Caucasian blonde haired man, he almost knocked me down with his cart instead of saying excuse me or apologizing. I waited in the tech department for almost 25 minutes trying to get a pair of headphones. I saw that the woman working in tech was helping another customer so i patiently waited even though she never acknowledged my presence or said she would be with me in a minute. After she had been with customer for about 10 minutes and was about to ring her out, I asked was there anybody else working in tech and she said no she will help me once she’s finished. Which I understood she was the only one working and the customer she was with needed a lot of help, so it took about 10 more minutes. Once she finished she then took another person before me, that she spent 5 more minutes with. This is what really upset me because she should’ve told him he had to wait because I was there first. Another incident with a Caucasian male, I went up to the him and informed him I had a shipt order, he didn’t say anything. He just checked the order and left. He didn’t say hi or have a good day, he literally didn’t say one word to me. This was not my only incident with him as well. I absolutely love target so much so I have a credit and debit card with them. I have even been employed by Target three years ago, so I know the standards they set among their employees. These incidents have made me extremely uncomfortable shopping here at this target. I hate to say I’ve been treated this way because I am a black woman but I am 100% positive it is. I have called customer service to inform them of all these incidents and have a case number. I will not let this go and hopefully Target can help there team members learn mannerisms and how to treat every person no matter the color of their skin with respect.

would not recommend for a plethora of reasons.-there's NEVER any updates on your Rx.-an application in HR never gets observed,which makes sense seeing the revolving door of employees.

Greta Lisa in the technology section was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how kindly she treated us. It’s some of the best customer service we’ve received in a while. She sold us headphone, a controller, and insurance on top of that. Target, and this location is very lucky to have her.

Very convenient. Online order and pickup is still in the works and may be clunky or efficient depending on what you order. But they are figuring out the logistics. Parking is ample and safe.

Clean store. Variety of merchandise. Nicely stacked clothes. Groceries were neatly organized. Check out was fast. Cashier was friendly. Plenty of parking.

Wouldn't honor online price right infront of their face , other Targets have never had to come up with a bunch of lies to say no , they just honored THEIR OWN prices, WELCOMING business . Goodluck to you , won't be shopping here again .

When I went to pick up something service was quick and efficient. However, I gave 4 stars because the product was a bit sticky (IT was corn syrup btw).

Eugene the manager has horrible customer service. Tyler on the other hand was a huge help without any hesitation and with a smile on his face. Once again Tyler was a huge help he should be manager instead of that incompetent unhelpful Eugene.
