went to go return something and they asked me if I return things a lot and there is a limit to returns on my Id. It’s just so rude because usually I add everything to my target account when I check out for this purpose. One time I didn’t and they made me feel like I was a thief. They need to work on their customer service.

At first, the initial associate didnt seem helpful and without empathy to our situation, but the store manager, Georgia - I believe - did a fantastic job in taking care of my family after listening to our concerns. Thank you!

I needed help paying with a gif card, I had to ask for help twice and the dark-haired girl with funny hair helped me in a very bad way. There were two other guys but not a good one of the 3 is made at the self-service checkouts.

Avoid the electronics department!!! This store would be great except for the obnoxious high-pressure AT&T sales guys camping out in electronics. They do NOT take no for answer and even solicit people shopping in other departments. The first “no” should end the conversation! Extremely disruptive. I am disappointed that Target corporate allows this.

I switched cellular service and went with Consumer Cellular. I did this at the Target store on Touhy Ave. in Niles. The person that helped me set-up my phone and iron out a few bugs was named Eduardo and in my opinion he went above and beyond to get what I needed to get done. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new mobile network, to go this route. And will say it again, I was highly impressed with the service that Eduardo provided.

TLDR: 1st employee lied about having back stock, the 2nd said they had 1 in the back but refused to bring it out for me, and the 3rd was going to bring it out but was stopped by the 2nd employee who told them in SPANISH not to look in the back thinking I wouldn't understand her. Meanwhile publically humiliating her coworker. Rude, unprofessional, nasty customer service.
I've been to this specific Target for over 20 years and never have I ever experienced rude, unethical, unprofessional and downright nasty customer service at any Target. But yesterday that changed.
I was looking for a specific boy's toy action figure - the figure is apart of a set of 4, but all of the characters have the same DCPI, as they ship the whole wave in the same box to stores. They didn't have the specific character I was looking for on the floor, so I grabbed one off the shelf and asked an employee to check in the back for extra stock. The employee saw the figure in my hands and said "All of those are on the floor, whatever is on the floor is all we have." And proceeds to scan the figure to check and tells me "We have 10 on the floor, none in the back." All the figures on the floor were of the same character in that wave so I asked someone else to make sure.
So I ask a large Hispanic woman with black glasses that resemble RayBan, and dark hair that was partly dyed an orangeish color. As she's talking, she's almost yelling as if I'm standing 20 feet way from her in a high school lunch room. (I'm literally standing right in front of her.) She tells me a private vendor brings these figures and she can't bring them out in the back but scans it anyway to tell me there is one back there but I have to come next time they put it on the floor. These figures are NOT street dated, what does it matter if I buy the one in the back today or in the next few days? Also notice how the first guy said there was nothing in the back and now one magically appeared back there?
Anyway, third time's the charm, right? Wrong. I found another worker, and asked him to check. He scans the figure, tells me there's one in the back, and whips his radio out to get some help. He tells me "I'll get someone to help you." I hear the Hispanic women's loud voice coming from his radio. "Oh no, not her again." I'm thinking to myself. I see her appear halfway down the store. I told the young man that I asked her but she wouldn't help me and she refused to get the figure. He told me he would be back in a minute and he would get it. I thanked him and he left to get the figure out of the back... Until the Hispanic woman stopped him in his tracks, wagging her finger in front of his face, yelling "NO NO NO!" Then she proceeds to yell at him in SPANISH like I'm not going to understand what she's saying. ? Like seriously? How disrespectful can you get? I'm asking for help and you're refusing to do your job? Then you speak another language hoping I can't understand what you're saying? Note that both employees spoke fluent English to me. Not only that but you're stopping a fellow COWORKER from doing THEIR job? This is the kind of experience I get from Walmart, NOT Target and I expect better from here.
The poor worker comes back. I honestly feel kinda bad for him because I know he was gonna go back there but this woman is guarding the toy section like fluffy guarding the sorceress's stone in Harry Potter and he doesn't wanna get fired.
See pictures for the rest of the story, as I can't fit it all due to the character limit. But yeah, That female Hispanic worker needs to be replaced, IMMEDIATELY.

Came in to shop for a shipt order and needed an additional quantity of an item that only had 1 on the shelf. Jackie was asked if she could see if they were sold out and if not could an extra one be retrieved from the back as this is for a customer who already paid for the item. Jackie proceeds to state, “I’m just tryna finish my cart and go home”…I’m truly confused as to what that would have to do with me and meeting the customer’s needs. Very bad attitude for no reason. But it should be expected at this point from a Target employee as their hiring standards are on the floor.

It's okay for basic needs. Home decor items are of mediocre quality only. Nothing nice. They also make it difficult to redeem sale items. You have to download app and bar codes don't load properly on website. Pain to shop here
