By all means worst service I ever seen. The advisor Ric Pittman didn’t help, but he charged for the work which wasn’t done after my wife went back with flat tire which they supposed fix. They tell her that’s another nail in it, but they can’t fix it until next week.

The car they offered me and I tried it is not the same car they gave me. I mean, they cheated me and gave me a second unit, the same, but it had problems with the brakes and other things. They tried to make me make the same mistake they made me make.be careful with this company , i wait for your help months after i do my review you can ask omar he's do one do that big games with the manager they gives me a wrong car i never deal with this company I try to pay befor and move the another company never recommend that that to my friends they always asked me about my car I really want to bring customer to you ,but I' wasn't happy with the service

So here's the review five years in the making. Star Nissan put out ads for a 2019 Nissan Rogue that it had and marked it as Preowned Certified. I felt that it was a good price, the car fax showed a small accident with some repair done, but nothing serious, and upon inspection, I felt it was a good option to consider. I traveled in from out of state with an agreed upon price. Once I got there, the price changed. I had screen shots of what the ad showed thankfully, because once I was there, I was required to pay for the certification. I truly feel like they saw me as the "little woman" who would say yes to whatever they said. In the end, they honored the price that I wanted, and included the "certified preowned" as I was more than ok with hopping back on the bus to get home. This process took HOURS. An entire work day, and I still needed to drive home six hours afterward.
A few weeks later, I am called while on vacation and they tell me that they cannot offer the certified pre-owned warrantee, so they needed to have me sign off on a different used car warrantee- a BETTER warranty, they were saying to me over and over. Other than being required to do this while I was on vacation, visiting FedEx stores to collect overnight packages, I wasn't completely unhappy, but a bit inconvenienced.
Fast forward five years. I haven't been unhappy with the car to be honest, but was looking for a hybrid. I punch in my VIN to get a few offers to trade in, and at first, the offer was $12,600. I bring the offer to the new dealership, and they said the most they could give me is $9000 because an airbag had deployed. Um, excuse me? THAT was NOT on the Carfax in 2019 when I purchased the car. When I asked how this could be, I was told that the dealer who bought it could have turned it around before the airbag deployment hit the carfax. While I am not sure how that would be possible as the car DID show a minor accident on the carfax back then, it makes me think back to when they rescinded the "certified" used warrantee. I believe that Star Nissan knew that this happened and wasn't up front with me. While the new dealership did help me somewhat, I am still out a significant chunk of money because of the shady deal at Star Nissan. I highly recommend you to be skeptical of any used car deal at this dealership.

Arnela was our sales person & she was amazing! She looked for our best interest & didn’t stop until we were happy with a monthly payment and in a vehicle we actually wanted! Need more sales people like her. Highly recommended

Be very careful buying a car from here when they offer you an extended warranty. I was told I was purchasing an extended warranty for 3 years and it would cover anything bumper to bumper for $849. Come to find out it was a maintenance plan that only covers oil changes for 3 years!! Who the hell would pay $849 for 3 yrs of oil changes.....I was total scammed and lied to.

Thank you Star Nissan for your continued stellar customer service efforts. And a big thank you to my amazing sales person Arnela, for really going the extra mile to secure the purchase of my new car. I was originally looking to purchase a new model rogue sometime last year when Arnela was first introduced to me. At that time, due to my financial situation and being that the Rogue I was driving at the time was in good condition, I made the decision to wait on purchasing a new model. I really respected her honesty in sharing her expertise when she gave me the pros and cons at that time. She did not just try put me in a new car so she could make the commission. And now a year later my favorite service advisor re-introduced Arnela and I to revisit Financing a new vehicle, after bringing my vehicle in for service. Because of the costly repairs recommended (being that it is no longer under warranty) Arnela recommended trying to see what I could qualify for currently. And man did she go up to bat for me, and was able to secure a loan for a brand new Rogue, saving me a lot of out of pocket money for the repairs to a vehicle that was just shy of 90,000 miles and had no warranty coverage left. I now have the peace of mind of driving a new car fully covered for the next five years. Thanks again
