If you are looking at buying any latex bedding product, you need to use this company because a.) they make top quality latex certified products; and b.) they have HANDS DOWN the best customer service I have ever encountered. They genuinely want you to be happy with your product, and they will go to GREAT lengths to ensure your satisfaction. You can tell a lot about a company when/if you have to reach out to them AFTER the purchase. I purchased a 2 inch (soft) latex topper from them. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and Maya in particular was very helpful to me. They worked with me and they will not give you a hard time if you need to exchange/return. I searched for months for latex bedding and I was torn on who to purchase from. I am so glad I decided to purchase from Sleep on Latex. Top quality customer service is paramount when you are making a big ticket purchase as is the case with bedding products. I cannot recommend Sleep on Latex enough! They are great, and I can assure you that I am SUPER PICKY about who I do business with -as I myself am a business owner. Go ahead and order from them, you will not be disappointed!

After narrowing our mattress search to latex only, we discovered "sleep-on-latex". Ordered two twin XL for our king sized bed with some skepticism, after a reassuring conversation. We are one year post purchase, and can unreservedly highly recommend both the purchasing experience and the product. Took less than a week to adjust and we haven't slept better (and continue to do so) in years! The real deal.

This company sells great mattresses that are comfortable, well made and reasonably priced. I have been sleeping on Temerpedic mattresses for the last 30 years, but switched to Sleep on Latex because it is just as comfortable and more durable. It is also better priced!!!!!!!!

I have used latex mattresses all my life before coming to the States. To my surprise, latex mattresses are hard to find here. I have tried spring mattresses, high-end memory foam mattresses that cost an arm and a leg (around $10k) but I still yearned for a latex mattress. Finally, I found Sleeponlatex in 2014. Their mattresses are top notch. They are TOP NOTCH in term of QUALITY, PRICING, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their mattresses are even nicer than the luxury latex mattresses I had in my country. I have purchased 3 mattresses from them since then. Never once was I disappointed and I am a very difficult customer. In fact, the quality and pricing stays about the same since I first purchased from them in 2014. Now they even changed their packaging material from PLASTIC to PAPER which might cost them more and lower their profit. Their commitment to being green is awesome. They have earned a customer for life. Save yourself sometime and stop looking if you need a mattress. This is the BEST MATTRESSES for your back, your pocket and your mind.

Wish I found this place sooner. This is the best and most affordable organic latex mattress out there, beating those that are double the price. Incredibly kind customer service and quick delivery. Can’t praise this company enough. The mattress comfort is perfect and love the latex pillow.

Best bed I’ve ever owned and stellar customer service. They will counsel you over the phone and listen to all of your needs and answer any questions. And they make a true firm mattress which is not easy to find these days.

The latex topper is more or less as described, nothing exceptional. The real problem is the appalling customer service. The rep did not provide the correct information on shipping costs. Her supervisor did one better and actually lied. They then managed to get the order wrong. I would never buy anything from this brand again. Their respect for me as a consumer rates a 1 out of 10.

Great company, great prices, fast shipping! My only complaint is that my medium firm topper feels more like soft. If you are unsure and prefer a firmer sleeping surface, please keep that in mind.

We bought a mattress from Sleep on Latex June 2018. July 2021 a problem developed with the mattress. A call to customer service on a Friday resulted a Saturday morning email advising that a new mattress was ordered and to call the included phone number to have the old mattress removed at no charge. A week later we have our new mattress and are very pleased with Sleep on Latex service.

Bought a topper to get more support from a memory foam bed. The topper works great. Fixed my back. Customer service was excellent and very quick to respond. I only rate 4 stars because they ship with fedex and being from Canada I got hit with an extra 85 dollars on top of everything. I order from USA a lot and usually only fedex charges me import fees. Please stop using fedex.
