Small business. Customer service was great. They had the Uggs I was looking for that were sold out everywhere including the Uggs website. I called to see if they had them they did and put them on hold until the next day. This was about 2 weeks before Christmas. I will return to purchase again.

dimitri was very welcoming, helpful, and personable !! we tried on about 10 pairs of shoes and he unboxed each one so we could try them on. (a++ customer service !) this is not far from the city at all, and they literally have almost everything in stock. definitely coming back here :D

Tazman UGGs were sold out at all major department stores but I called Sheepskin Depot and they had one pair left! They held them for me until I could go pick them up. My wife was so surprised when she opened them on Christmas morning! Incredible customer service. I would buy UGGs again from Sheepskin Depot. Thank you!

This is my go to Ugg shop now. I have told my family as well, if we ever need Uggs this is the place to shop. Demetrie is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. When I couldn't find what I was looking for he was more than willing to order the product for me and called as soon as it arrived. Also, I would much rather support a local business than a big box store any day!

Great customer service! Called ahead and they held a pair of highly sought after shoes to the side for me. The shoes were not available anywhere else or online. They were very friendly and helpful in store. 100% recommend for UGG purchases!
