I went to self check out and asked an employee if she could take the alarm off my item, and with so much attitude, she snaps, saying after you pay. For one, what's the point in self check out if you still need to get in line to get alarms taken off. Second off, why do you have so much animosity, let alone you see me paying for it. This was the most unnecessary thing from an employee.

In this store they charged me 234.14 Twice and only because I spoke Spanish, I felt that they did not want to assist me to request, we waited 1 month we went again nothing 2 months and nothing, 3 months I called HR IT WAS JUSTIFIED THAT the Maza bank had sent the bank statement to justify that they had charged twice. In conclusion they told us that the two-time charge was not reflected. The attention was terrible. JUST AS THEY CHARGE TO SELL THEY SHOULD SOLVE THIS. What a bad experience, we lost 234.14 and the manager couldn't even talk about the attention. I can add photos for you to see
