“I was introduced to Chris by a mutual friend who had engaged Chris in the past on a couple of houses. We had just moved up to Chicago from Nevada and quickly realized the Chicago real estate market was vastly different from the Vegas market. Chris was fantastic! He knows the market intimately and his experience with buying and renovating houses in Chicagoland was invaluable. He can dissect a home on a first viewing and has a fantastic set of contacts for all and any home related requirements. He is a straight shooter and calls it as he sees it, which for me was perfect. He and his team made themselves available when and where we needed. We spent quite some time fine tuning what we were looking for however Chris never rushed or pressured us to close on something that wasn't right.
