Service department is great. Dempsey was my advisor. I live by midway and I’m starting to drive out here to get all my work done “oil changes, warranty, car modifications and recalls”
The ford dealer by me takes DAYS! Over a week!! To get my car back for any service other than oil changes. I’d rather drive 45 min and know I’ll get my car back the same day. 5/5 thanks for being fast and professional. Thanks.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change on Saturday. They are overpriced and try to sell you services that you do not need. $89.00 for an oil change is astronomical.

worst service you can get in all of Chicago. they work super slowly, unprofessionally and have no respect for the customers and treat them as if they are the only one in the world, but hey, it's quite expensive
