I went to this location to get document notarized.I ended up being greated by the store manager. Her attitude was very friendly and she lied said that document has to state it need to be notarized. Which is completely false. She even tired to have me go to another location.I been a customer with PNC for years. Its really sad and unfortunate that they keep hiring these kind of people who just don't know how to talk and deal with customers.

Worst most racist bank I have ever been too. She asked me what I did first question! Not how are you, scans the check and it wasn't a small amount and then declines to deposit the check. She could have done that in the first 15 second but she wanted to make sure the check was valid. She didn't like how much money I made and she made my life miserable. Store manager even worse! She didn't think it was racist the teller asked me job and scanned the check first thing. This will be escalated to corporate PNC. Don't go to this bank in 20yrs I have never been so disrespected at a Bank! People are jealous you make money here, my family and I will be closing all our PNC accounts is

I have had nothing but GREAT service each and every time I have been here. PLUS I also get a free cup of coffee if I don't use the drive thru. However, I do sometimes use the drive thru because it is fast and convenient!

Brought in a check to the 5727 Touhy ave. location on my lunch break issued from PNC they refused to cash their own check do to it being a insurance check from progressive very concerning. Currency cashed it down the block no questions asked. I would of happily paid a fee but now I'll never open account there and tell all of my friends and family to stay away. Acted like I was bothering them......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
