Lazy management. They don’t want to do the work. They visually inspected my car and said that my tires are bad when they’re good. They want to charge an inspection fee of $86 for visually inspecting my car. When I asked them to show me their policy they had nothing to show me. Really bad services and rude management. Stay away from this location! They’re ripping people off that’s how they make money.

Top service, I had 4 tires installed and balanced on one of my vehicles and just balanced on my other vehicle. Great job, even better customer service and top prices. Thank you

I called after a tire went popped we have all been there and gio was so nice over the phone got us a same day appointment and they took care of us in less then a hour reasonable price and warranty we will be back soon for the other two tires thanks again gio

It was my first visit to a PepBoys location. I just needed an Uber inspection. There was going to be a 90 minute wait, but Gio said if I came back at 3:00 he could get me right in. I did some errands, came back at 3:00, and there was no wait. I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were.

I show up for my scheduled oil change appointment at 12:00 noon and I’m told it’s going to be a 2 1/2 hour wait. The employee said rudely, “Just like a doctors appointment, they might be running a little behind and you just have to wait. That’s just how it is.”I drove 25 minutes to the facility and then home, with both a back and should injury, and this is beyond an inconvenience for me delight not being able to get in within a ‘reasonable’ wait time for my SCHEDULED appointment. To be spoke to rudely when expecting scheduled service is beyond inappropriate and disappointing. I will never use pepboys again for any services or parts. I’d suggest never going to this location.

In one visit this store has managed to never have a chance at my business again. Firstly, their online scheduling tool is antiquated at best. My screen said the appointment was scheduled, but now, scroll down two screens to finish booking. I get there, no scheduled appointment. Their "Black Friday Sale" of buy two, get two is pointless when you jack up your install costs and fees. The techs milled around for two hours caring more about talking then getting the tires on. Fleet and Farm can have my truck on the rack, tires on and aligned in an hour, you guys took two. Then the best part, the pressure light goes on two miles down the road, but they're closed. Go back the next day, and get told "we can put pressure in it, but can't do any computer reset until Monday, just take it to Autozone" Seriously, take it to another store to do your damn job that you messed up to begin with? Save your money, go somewhere else.

Made an appointment for them to inspect my tires to determine if I need 1, 2, 3, or 4 new tires due to uneven wear. An employee took the vehicle for a test drive and pulled it into a bay. I was told I needed a new set of 4 tires. I selected a set and made the appointment to have them installed...as I was departing I was told that I needed to pay for today's services...an $87 inspection charge. Crazy. Told them to keep their new tires and went elsewhere. I've never been charged for someone to inspect tires and tell me I needed new ones.

Had two visits to this place within a week, firs one was ok , bought the tires online and they were one to install them (except waiting for two hours for 4 tires installation) , bought the tires for my second car, made an appointment for installation, arrived on time at noon sharp , checked in and I've been told that is going to be done by 1:30, came back at that time to find out that they just started to work on my car, waited in store until 4:20pm!!! And at the end i got charged for tire installation even though it was already paid for when I bought the tires online. Started to driving back home and my tpm sensor light came on, rear tires inflated to 41psi, front right to 45psi and front left to 35psi!!!!Only good at this store is guy at the front desk Gio, nice guy easy to communicate, polite.

Gio is the best. I came in because yesterday I got new tires from pep boys and today it was flat. I got the new tires at a different one but he was happy to help me anyways. He checked it out thoroughly and fast. He also was so kind

Came in to get a tire fixed and Gio came to the rescue immediately, hooked us up and had us in and out in no time. Very polite, and made sure we were totally covered. Thanks for the effort in making sure we were good!

Noah was the name of the associate who helped us. He found what we needed, even though it was a small window for ordering our tire, he made several calls and was polite, full of laughter and that definitely made us feel good. Yesterday, I came to Pep Boys to get a tire fixed. Noah greeted me with a big smile and a wonderful attitude. He was the only person working the front and I had to get to work so he made sure the work was done in a timely manner. While I was waiting to get the work done he was inundated with phone calls and people asking him questions, and he never lost that happy attitude. He is truly a major asset to Pep Boys and is the main reason, I will only use Pep Boys as long as he is there. He should be used as an example for every automotive store, or for that matter, any retail store on how the employees should take care of customers.
