I recently purchased an Osaki OS Pro Admiral from OTA World in Niles, IL. Michael was outstanding with his product knowledge and recommendations. His guidance helped me to select the perfect massage recliner. It was delivered promptly and the installation technicians were phenomenal. They were extremely polite, cautious within the tight space of my small apartment and very efficient! I am loving all the features and benefits of this zero gravity massage recliner!

He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making sure I found the perfect massage chair for me.One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the fantastic in-store discount that Michael offered. I had been researching online, but the discount he provided in person was far better than anything I had seen on the website. This made my decision to purchase in-store a no-brainer.The chair arrived on time as promised, and the assembly team that came to set it up was fantastic. Great experience purchasing a massage chair from OTA World. We were able to take our time testing each chair until we found the one that was just right for our needs (like Goldilocks!). We got a great price and quick delivery & setup in our home. I recommend going to this business if you are considering purchasing a massage chair. Can't get this kind of service online!
