was quoted a price over the phone and told that they had the tires in stock. Once I arrived, they said that they couldn’t do that pricing anymore and then added additional fees, which was at least 50% more.

This store is a bunch of liars. Promised to hold my used tires for a week to allow time to find a place for them. Just called after 2 days giving me 5 hours to pick them or they would be thrown out. I would have made arrangements sooner if they just told me from the start they couldn’t. Their tires are more expensive than alternatives and service is poor. Not worth the premium they charge. Will not go here again and would recommend you save yourself the trouble of dealing with them.

Took my car here for brakes and rotor replacement after reading so many great reviews, and I am so glad that I did! The manager also was SO nice and helpful. He explained everything fully to me and the price for pads rotors and a fluid flush was less/ about what I expected. With full replacements, I know it’s going to be up there but was prepared to pay it. The exceptional part is that they were SO fast with getting the service done. I expected to wait much longer and was pleasantly surprised to pick up much sooner than anticipated. Thank you, Leo and your crew :)

Went to Mavis for front brakes and CarX a block away for back brakes. I'll never do that again! Car X showed little concern in fixing a problem that's under warranty and tried to upsell me extra service without even as inspecting their work. Took my business back to Leo and the crew at Mavis, who in turn treated me with respect and great honest customer service, inspected what Car X didn't and fixed the problem without any upcharge. I'm glad I found these guys, will definitely return for all my maintenance needs. Car X could learn a few lessons if they look out the window across the street.
