I ordered your 10 piece Christmas Apples with boxes like I do every Christmas ( on line QVC) . WHAT HAPPENED ?? The apples were so sour. Not the sweet ones like before. Very disappointed. I will not order again. Friends & family that wait for them every year did not like the change either.

I ordered ten holiday apples, but when I used PayPal, it changed my shipping address to my billing address. I called the company to make the change. But, when the notice of shipping came, the apples were still going to the wrong address. I reached out to Alex Marks from Mrs. Prindables and boy did she fix things! The next day my order was delivered to the correct address and the apples were delicious!! So good and what a great presentation!! I am a customer for life!!
Kid-friendliness: These delicious dessert apples were a huge favorite of my friends, neighbors and grandchildren.

Got the 6 apples as gift from my coworker. Apples are my favorite.... add chocolate and caramel... Wow!Our box included: Triple Chocolate Caramel Apples, Milk Chocolate Walnut Caramel Apples and Toffee Walnut Caramel Apples. We kept them in the fridge and cut them up about 1 hour before serving. The granny smith are tangy and crisp and the toppings are amazing.

Horrid apples, mushy and tasteless. Bought some at grocery store few weeks before visiting Niles store, and they were good. Took 20 mile trip to Niles, my friend bought box, I bought six, none had tart crisp apple. They tasted like a golden delicious old stale apple. Ugh...nasty

What a horrible experience, my delivery was a day late, I did not receive the items I ordered, I tried calling customer service several times, got hung up on 3 times, until Erica “None of your business”(full name given by the associate that doesn’t have an associate number) wouldn’t give me any information on how I could get my order either refunded or corrected, than I spoke to “Hugging Gina” who was also very unhelpful and super rude! Please do better!

Very disappointed in your beautiful, delicious apples this year. I received 10 apples on Dec 15 (was to arrive on Dec 13). I gave 9 of them as gifts on Christmas Eve. My hubby and I shared the 10th one last night.It was the one with all the red, green and white on it. Who ever chose to put those tiny red balls on the apple obviously didn't eat one. They are hard as little rocks so we were concerned about breaking a tooth. Also, the red dye on them gets all over your fingers, lips and tongue and doesn't wash off. I still had red on my fingers this morning!! I gave these as gifts !!!! So glad we didn't give any to a toddler. They would have had red dye that doesn't wash off all over their face, mouth, hands and clothes!!Don't think I will be ordering your apples again......
