Great inventory, helpful associates, good pricing: purchased an over-sized patio umbrella.As city dwellers, it's a big deal for us to go shopping in the suburbs. But after checking some nearby stores (limited selection and expensive) and big box stores (cheap quality), we decided to give Mil-Green a visit.We were impressed with the amount of products on hand. Our sales associate (John) was very helpful in helping us select the right umbrella for our space. And while we were expecting "sticker shock," the price was quite reasonable and included a 4-year guarantee against fading.

Clean and nicely laid out. But way over priced trees and only one that I saw with microdot lights. If a person is going to spend hundreds or a thousand dollars on a tree shouldn't they come with more than a 2 yr light warranty.

Update: I emailed the manufacturer and copied the store on my email, I included pictures of my issue. Once the store realized that there was a problem with the second table, they were quick to fix it. The men who came out from Mil-Green were very nice and respectful. They made sure that the issue I was having was completely resolved before they left. Thank you!I purchased a very expensive patio set and have had to call them with various issues and they dont really seem to care and probably think that I’m some crazy unsatisfied customer. Eventually the table was replaced by the manufacturer because it WAS faulty but I had to do all the leg work- the people at the store didn’t really seem to care, or maybe they didn’t believe me, at least that was the tone their voice implies when I call. I called again with another issue on the same table, the replaced one this time, and again, not helpful at all. So here I go again contacting the manufacturer to try and figure out the issue. I will most likely not purchase from them again.

No joke, perhaps the best retail experience of my life. Walked in with 3 separate, distinct needs for my existing furniture sets and walked out with all needs met, delivered with expertise and compassion. With a new deck coming in the near future, they will get my business without a doubt.

We lived around the neighborhood for more than 20 years and always supported local restaurants and stores. We went to the store yesterday to buy a 7 piece outdoor dining furniture. First, we looked @ the outdoor display and then went inside. There were 2 gentlemen by the counter and never said any word to me and my husband. Felt like we were not welcome , they didn’t bother cause we were Asians. So disappointed cause where I’ve worked and retired as a healthcare worker we were taught an excellent customer service. We went to Costco and glad ended up buying a beautiful 7 piece outdoor dining that we wanted . So disappointed of MIL GREEN.

Perfect locally owned store to buy patio, deck and pool furniture. They have a great selection of styles and prices. Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, fire pits, picnic tables, Giant umbrellas, patio table sets, pool chlorine, etc. they carry Many brands that are local American made. Alan was particularly helpful & knowledgeable in helping us navigate a particular set that would fit our deck as well as our style. I highly recommend!!

I called before coming in to make sure they had replacement bulbs for my tree lights and they sure did! The gentleman that helped me knew exactly what i was looking for and he explained the sizing and everything. Really great customer service and helpful tips. They also have such a huge variety of trees, indoor and outdoor decor. Definitely recommend coming by!

Just left this place for the over priced furniture they had atleast show better customer service, we asked for help and felt like the guy didn't care to help us. We liked a floor sample he said it was sold! I asked do you have anything similar? He replied well go look around! We felt discriminated against and left.after noticing all white people were being helped and followed around by a sales person. Never coming back again.
