I went into Merle Norman, In Niles on Harlem Avenue today. Haven’t been in there in a while. It was great DEBBIE and I didn’t skip a beat. She took care of me opening up the holes in my ear. It was great seeing her and catching up a little bit. Thank you, DEBBIE for your For helping me out. It was great to see you. God bless you. Take care of yourself. Anybody out there reading this you’ll be at a loss if you don’t visit this established business.

Merle Norman has always had such high quality products,
I am never disappointed with my choices. Both skincare and makeup products are some of my faves -Daily Moisture Milky Cleanser, eye pencils, and eye shadows. The Elmhurst store has great service and selection and a few extra non Merle Norman goodies, always so much
fun to visit this shop.

Ive been going to Merle Norman for yearsss, I drive 30 minutes out of the city to go here. They close at 5 on Saturdays, I arrived at 4:40, and they were closed- with the hours of operation right on the front door, stating they’re open until 5pm. Very disappointed

I took my daughter to Merle Norman in Niles to get her make up done and ears pierced. I was amazed by the knowledge, Customer Service and professionalism from both Debbie and Brei. My daughter and I had such a fun time throughout the whole experience. You can tell they have a passion for their business (many generations owned) and they have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend their services. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely LOVE this Merle Norman. The ladies are so helpful and always make great recommendations. If my favorite items aren’t in stock, they order replacements right away and the customer service is impeccable. Glad to shop here!

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Debbie is the best, not only is she awesome, kind, sweet, and a funny lady. Debbie is hands down incredibly skillful when it comes to electrolysis. I had PCOS and spent years shaving, waxing, and creams to the point where my skin was so dark I was self conscious to go out the house without makeup, let alone allow a man to touch my face but all of that changed when I met Debbie through a chance referral. I followed her recommendation and stayed consistent and within no time I saw my skin as promised turn from dark back to its natural color. I was and continue to be ecstatic with my results. I know longer have to where makeup when I go out. Give Debbie a try and you will not be disappointed. Her staff is welcoming and always knows your name.

Debbie is amazing! She has so much experience in the electrolysis industry and can remove any type of hair. I have thin blonde hairs and darker coarser hairs and she gets all of them. She is very thorough and passionate about her field. She explains the process to you so you understand everything along the way and she removes your hair without any pain. She's also fun to talk to and has become one of my favorite people I get to hangout with.

Great place, great people!! If you’re in the market for skincare you must stop in here! Marie and Debbie are wonderful at suggesting products for specific skin types. Debbie is also a miracle worker with her fabulous electrolysis skills!

Amazing place and the staff is great. Debbie does electrolsis and she has been great with me. Not pushy at all and very informative on their products and your issues. I will keep going here. I also had my makeup done for my sons wedding and everyone said how naturally beautiful I looked.
