They genuinely want you to be happy with your product, and they will go to GREAT lengths to ensure your satisfaction. You can tell a lot about a company when/if you have to reach out to them AFTER the purchase. I purchased a 2 inch (soft) latex topper from them. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and Maya in particular was very helpful to me. They worked with me and they will not give you a hard time if you need to exchange/return.
