Honestly, this is the best Marshalls in the Chicago land area so far because like the ones by Harwood heights is so gross like actually. So it's nice because then I can go here and then do grocery shopping

First time at this Marshall's, and I wasn't disappointed. They have a lot of new arrival for fall, especially long sweaters. The home section was a 20 study at their pots and pans. Good quality. A plus is their location. Other great places to shop while at this mall.

The russian “lady” in front of fitting room is horrible. You can tell that she has just arrived to this country with her gestapo Soviet attitude. She is such a disgrace for marshalls. We left everything by the cashier and left. Maybe worth of 200$ clothes. A bad employee makes the business loose a lot of money.

I went to this Marshall's recently and a beauty product caught my eye. There were 2 other women next to me while I was looking at the product. It was a boxed item that you couldn't see the inside product so I spun it in my hand to look at it and determine if I wanted it. Then the one women employee next to me started yelling at me for opening the product and stealing while I was just looking at it. It threw me off because I was only looking at the products. It was the rudest interaction I have ever had. I understand this is a rule. However, to yell at a customers while they are just looking at your products is insane. Then on top of it to assume you are stealing from them!! I argued back and noticed the product had already been opened then argued with the woman that I had planned on PURCHASING the item and the item was already opened. So after being accused I walked away and opened (the already opened) product to ensure the product was in there and looked okay for purchase. Turns out the wand to the beauty item was missing! Good thing I looked before purchasing! I noticed the remainder of my visit this women followed me around harassing me. I was so uncomfortable I had to put the item down and leave. It was hurtful honestly. I understand employees don't want you opening products. I have come across the situation so many times where I have bought products from Marshalls or TJ Maxx, ect. where the product was open and stolen. Sometimes it's necessary to check to be sure you're not buying an empty product that's been stole or is expired. But to be shouted at and accused of stealing while LOOKING at a product is bizarre. I would not recommend this Marshall's or going to any other store again after this interaction.

Most unprofessional workers I’ve ever seen. After checking out, one of my items still had a security tag and rang as I was leaving the store today. I went back up to have it removed, thinking the associate must have forgot to remove it. The other associate working at checkout began removing it and went to check receipt to make sure it was rung up. She realized the bag had not been rung up by the first associate, to which I said oh okay I did not realize she missed it , you can go ahead and charge me for that. I began to walk over to pay but she then proceeds to loudly talk to the other associate saying “oh they would have walked out with this bag” and then turned to me and asks me suspiciously if I HAD (originally) EVEN PLACED IT ON THE REGISTER TO BE RUNG UP? I informed her that not only was I the one who came back in because the item rang but it was the first thing on the counter so of course I had assumed the first associate had rang it out. It’s incredibly rude to not only be the one to make the error, but then not apologize and begin accusing the customers ?? I told her you know what I don’t want it anymore, this is not how you treat customers. She just rolled her eyes. I asked if she was the manager to which she said no (do not know why a non manager is bossing around other associates, accusing customers and playing loss prevention all at once). Whoever the manager is at this location should talk to Diana/Diane about proper customer service because that was so rude and uncalled for. May I add the bag was $16 ?? She accused me of trying to flee with a $16 purse! Will not be coming back to this Marshalls they can interrogate other customers lol. She also did not return my receipt??

The dressing room attendant was pleasant, but we DID NOT have a lasting impression of this store as we were hoping for. My sister and I were mistreated by the young cashier - she was very rude and unwelcoming! She also didn't seperate our bags as asked either (a simple request), we instead got an attitude of "you get what you get, now leave" and she stared at us blankly as if we were incompetent. It was very disappointing as we just returned to this store for the first time in years, this ruined our Christmas shopping experience.People like that should only be working on the floor or in the back room far away from customer service roles.
