Did an online auction with Ian. He was very responsive & patient with me. Especially since this was the first auction I did with him. I'm very happy as a bidder. It was also pretty cool to see an old MJ bball card go for 25k on the webcast!

I worked with Ian for an online auction and I couldn't have been happier. Great assortment of high quality items. The auction was professionally handled, legitimate, and clearly well managed by someone with a lot of experience.Post auction the communication was on point, punctual, and handled with a high level of care for my business and winning lots. I wish more things in live were this easy and efficient.I highly recommend working with Ian and Lot 14 Auctions f you get a chance. Updating my review with the picture of one of my invoices and the original review with the reply. This is the problem with lot 14. I said manager and the owner tried to belittle my word usage instead of trying to create dialogue. Ian, the owner and lawyer, is the one I was referring to in my original post. Incredibly hostile and somewhat scary in the way he reacts towards any sort of review or comments. The reason people want to do reviews anonymously is because the owner has gone after people in their personal lives before for negative reviews. I will delete this review in time but since my communications were ignored, this is what I was forced to do.

Won the bid on a very delicate breakable item. This auction house ships in-house. Have to say they rocked it! Item arrived quick, and packed extremely well. No damage. I now know I can bid with confidence because they really know what they are doing! Packing A+++++++, Handling business of auction A++++++. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOT 14 AUCTIONS!!! BID WITH CONFIDENCE!!!!

I purchased quite a few books from Lot 14 via online auction. I'm happy to say Ian and team provided an AWESOME experience, working with me from the start to find the best way to ship them out to CA cost effectively and safely. When the items arrived, I found the best packaging job I've ever seen in over 10 years of buying at auctions. All books were as described in the auction listings or better- and there was no damage from shipping. This level of care and service is rare and much appreciated, I'm happy to highly recommend Lot 14 Auctions.

I won 2 lots through LiveAuctioneers, and there were a few items that were slightly worse than originally described (only discovered during packing). Ian personally called me to explain and offer a full refund if I didn't feel comfortable proceeding. I took him up on the offer, paid for the other lot, and received it promptly and well wrapped.Thank you for the great customer service, I will keep looking out for future auctions by Lot 14.
