Use caution!!! I have been receiving a prescription for an $11 insurance copayment. My wife asked if I needed to pick up a prescription (while I returned home after surgery) and when she brought it home I learned I she was charged $51! When I complained I was told they had a problem with my insurance so they used their store discount card (without my permission) and since my wife paid for it and left the store I'm stuck paying over 4.5 times what I should pay!

Monica was extremely helpful in transferring my rx from another osco pharmacy to this location. It was a life saver. I've been on the phone for days with my Dr and other pharmacies to no resolve. This osco pharmacy, with Monica's assistance was vital to my health and well-being. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!! I'd recommend the osco pharmacy at Milwaukee ave and Oakton to anyone. Thank you sincerely.

Specifically for the Pharmacy Department: Please do not send messages that prescriptions are ready when they are not. It is uber annoying, and time consuming. This has happened multiple times and I don't understand why. When it's READY, send the notification. Extremely simple concept.

Hands down have been porting my scripts from Walgreens to here. Staffing levels are safe. They pick up the phone on time. They have drugs in stock. Night and day difference.

This place is the crown JEWEL of any shopping plaza. I highly recommend them for all the groceries that they sell. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I've been going here all my life.

We just moved here From South Carolina and everyone in here was so rude our cashier was in a hurry to get us checked out so she could go home looks like it was the end of her shift. So rude at check out will never come back here again the customer service is horrible. Learn to be kind and what the definition of customer service is if you don't like your job get a new one.

Broke my tooth on a piece of plastic found in my chicken Cesar salad that I got from the deli. Will be filing a report on this. Not did only My tooth broke off I could of choked.

Please be advised that my family and friends, go to 7900 n milwaukee jewel extremely often. My husband is a Respiratory Therapist. After work he went to that jewel that we always go to. He just came back from this jewel and bought beer and blue berries and strawberries. 4 little tiny bottles of rum. The last time he bought those the lady that was there taught him to just run the small item as many times as he had bottles. Mary, the store clerk yelled at him to scan and put in the bag. She then proceeded to say, " maybe I shouldn't let you buy this, you could be drunk for all I know." He then went the manager Mandy and she laughed. What kind of people do you hire? This is the most insulting way to appreciate your customers. Customers should be apologized to when spoken to in that manner and the manager should know better than to laugh any complaint like that off! Needless to say, we are no longer going to shop at your jewel. This is very rude and inappropriate at ANY LEVEL! This will go to corporate and BBB.

Went to the deli and asked the guy for some bucket of chicken wings and as he got them he slammed the bucket against the counter. This was around noon today 6/21/21. there were three servers and he was the only male.

Went for COVID vaccine and I’m pretty sure the lady giving them was high as hell.... and thinking she didn’t even inject the actual vaccine.... Extremely unprofessional

Customer service department is terrible in compared to the rest of the store which is pretty decent. Was waiting with absolutely no acknowledgement and no sign or anything to indicate they were unable to serve customers. One member tried to get the attention of "Josie" who extremely rudely stuck her head out and said she had things to do and still did not come out to assist nor give an idea of a wait time to be helped. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere but would've waited if she wasn't so horribly rude

Got yelled at by a guy works at this location for switching out cracked eggs in the box. We went through 3 boxes all had at least one cracked so decided to just switch out the bad ones. The guy came screaming at us even after we explained it was cracked. I'm pregnant and felt so embarrassed and frustrated and almost bursted into tears. We understand if they don't want people to touch the eggs but don't scream at a 39 weeks pregnant lady. Worst experience at any Jewel location. We're Asians so not sure that had to do with it. The guy that was also taking a while to pick and switch eggs before we got there clearly didn't get yelled at.

The customer services department is slow. Waited 20minutes to buy stamps after the check out ran out. Was disappointed that they also ran out with no notice or regard of my wait time or even when they would get more stamps. The women seemed bored with life and hated her job. Bad customer service.

Two words- rancid meat. Bought two different brands of fresh pre package burgers and both were rancid. Health officials need to get on this place.
