Immediately after purchasing my QX 60 we realized that the computer system was glitchy and didn't work. I was told in no uncertain terms from my sales associate and the manager of the store that this was not their problem anymore and the car was mine. Eventually after multiple visits to Service they "replace the computer ". It continued to not function and connect with my phone. Lots of glitchy issues. They offered no help. Frequently, I would show up there, and the loaner that was promised to me was not available. After contacting corporate Infiniti, they were able to help me. I would absolutely not recommend this place of business to anyone purchasing and Infiniti.

I sent my husband to get a remote start as a gift. I am not sure why I called and someone confirmed the appointment as well as what was getting done weeks ago, for him to be turned away saying it's 3rd party who handles remote starts and installing it. A waste of time as we are an hour away and we had this scheduled in.

H O R R I B L E!!! From underhanded sales tactics during car buying process, to unprofessional lacking in all aspects service department it's a place I would not recommend and strongly advise not to do any business with. As if the follow ups are in any way sincere and leading to anything, what a joke!!!!

I bought a new QX60 from this dealer. We agreed upon the price over the phone prior to me going to the dealer and they honored it when I went to pick up the car. In this day and age, it's not unusual for the dealer to agree upon a price and then tack on thousands of dollars once you physically step into the dealership (another Infiniti dealer did just this to me), but Niles Infiniti honored the agreed upon price. The salesman did a great job going over the cars features. He contacted me after I bought the car to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, as stressful as going to car dealers is, dealing with Niles Infiniti was pretty low stress and it was a smooth transaction.

This facility gets a HUGE 0 STARS in my book. Not only did they NOT take care of my concerns. They lied about doing a oil change and just reset the reminder to pop back up it 899 miles later. ALSO THEY will not address concerns correctly after stating exactly whats wrong with it. Also they DO NOT perform a valid inspection on vehicles. Now i need more repairs after visiting them less then a month ago

Berman Infinity - the WORST SERVICE experience ever (they don't deserve 1 star - required to post). I have been trying to get my Infinity serviced since May 20. Had an appointment with a loaner (promised when I bought the car at Berman). Arrived at Berman and was told by Sam the service rep someone had given the loaner away. Promised to reschedule and call - no call. I called repeatedly over many weeks and left numerous voicemails - no response. Finally in July I tried the online text feature. Received a text from Lee who informed me they had no loaners for 2 weeks. Scheduled an appointment then told no loaner. I was told she would contact me - again weeks have passed and still no call - this is definitely a "buyer beware operation." UPDATE - after posting the review I FINALLY get a response from Leah at Berman to contact the service manager. My response - no thanks. Attached is an example of a text stream with Berman service department and the weeks of non-response.

Car shopping has been a bit of a hassle now that the demand is high and the supply is low. Went to see a pilot, highlander, plaisade, discovery and the rouge. Gotta tell you that the dealerships are struggling but they are also making sure to jack up the prices as they know that the options are limited. That wasnt the case at the nissan dealership. My husband is the research guy and he crunched the numbers and we know we got a fair deal. Gotta say what really did it for me was the customer service at the dealership. Our saleswoman was Olga and she was incredible. So good with follow thru, so detail oriented and incredibly direct. I appreciated it. Bruce, the leasing manager (i think that was his title) was amazing as well. Super happy with my purchace. So yup, I drive a nissan now. To conclude, if you are in the market for a car. This dealership got your back. They had a bunch of infinitys too. And they are gorgeous

I brought in my car for an oil change and inspection last year and I'll never go back. I made an appointment in advance and still had to wait over 2.5 hours for them to complete my services. Upon my arrival, they stated they were really behind as they only had one Infiniti Mechanic that day. A courtesy phone call prior to my appointment to alert me about the extensive wait time would have been a nice touch. I would have rescheduled. As my warranty is now expired, there is no way in hell I'm wasting my time going back there. I wish the Field's group still had their dealership open in Glencoe. It was far superior to this place in all ways.

Buyer beware of this dealership and the QX80 2022. My car has been in the shop for 40 days. Dealer defers to Infiniti. Infiniti defers to dealer. I paid $90K to drive a loaner. I feel taken advantage of. I am out $90k while Berman GM refers me only to Infiniti corporate (who doesn't reply to my calls or emails unless I badger them). Disappointing customer service. Better business bureau now involved. Multiple electrical issues: parking sensors go off when it rains, seatbelt sensors go off sporadically and at random, radio gets stuck on loud static noise, dashboard goes dark. Unsafe electrical issues. Annoying also. Still waiting for them to make it right.

I brought my 2017 Infiniti in to have tires rotated and wheels aligned, and to have the windshield wiper sprayer repaired. I had set up the appointment in advance, with a list of these requested services; but when met by Austin at the appointed time, he asked what I'd come in for. This seemed odd, and in my confusion forgot that I had coupons for the alignment and rotation. To their credit, the coupons were honored later, after I remembered them. After waiting in Berman's comfortable waiting room for the expected time, I received a text from Austin with the following quote which included : Requested Replacement of Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir - $779.78 RECOMMENDED Dual Engine Replacement Filters - $99.99 RECOMMENDED Transmission Flush - $279.99 I declined the recommendations, as well as the $779.78, which seemed excessive. A few days later, I took the car to another certified Infiniti service department, which is not far, but out of state. Results: Windshield Washer Reservoir Replacement totaled $551.14 Dual Engine Replacement Filters totaled $70. After a diagnostic inspection, at no charge, it was determined that there was no need for a transmission flush at this time. Enough said..

I took my car to Berman Infiniti in Niles to get a recall taken care of. They were great as far as picking my car up and dropping it off when it was finished since they were not able to get me a loaner, but at the end they gave me a $2,400.00 list of maintenance and repairs that they said I needed. I had just had an oil change and inspection 2 months earlier and none of these items were on the radar of the technician that serviced my car. So I took my car somewhere else a month later to see what needed to be addressed. I got a call saying the key for the tire locks was missing and I needed to call the last place that serviced the car to see if they had it. I called and explained that I had been in a month ago and my tire lock key was missing as well as the lock for one of the tires. I was put on a brief hold and then sent to voicemail. I left a message and my call was not returned. Meanwhile, the technician was not able to begin the work on my car without the key. So the manager where my car was being serviced tried to call for me and was also put on hold and never connected to a technician. My call was never returned and I was not able to get through to speak to anyone in the service department. The tires cannot be taken off ti service the car, unless I pay to have the locks removed. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I would not trust this dealership for anything! Not shocking that after I got the $2400 list of services my car needed I got a text the next day that used cars are in demand and I could trade my car in for a 2022 and get a great trade in value. Excellent timing.

Infiniti Berman of Niles is the most incompetent Berman I've been to. I have a 2012 G37x which I purchased years ago from the Gold Coast location. I never had ANY issues with them or service at the previous goose island location. I purchased a 2017 Q50 in May 2020 at this location and upon purchase the sales rep Julian informed me that I would receive 2 free oil changes. I brought my car in for service yesterday because they would not stop harassing me with emails for a maintenance inspection. I had previously brought in the car months ago and they did the 1st oil change at no charge. I bring my car in yesterday for an inspection, they performed an oil change on my car without my knowledge. I was still 2000 miles away from my next oil change. They told me they were going to "put it in the air" to see if there were any issues with the jerking that I was experiencing with driving my car. However, Lee, that works in the service department for Infiniti informed me that I had a "limited" warranty and ended up getting charged $117 for an oil change and inspection. Also, I attached photos of my current odometer reading and the oil change sticker left on my car. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, don't bother with the incompetence of the staff here.
