The manager Vernon never calls you back when you have a complaint, also Des gives a better cd rate to her Indian friends. I have been. Going there for about 15 years and have never been treated in this manner before. When you complain, Vernon the manager hides. Very unprofessional !!!

We got transferred to Huntington Bank when TCF bank was merged. We have had excellent service from this branch. This is the only financial institution we bank with. All the staff is excellent. I want to give a special shout out to Daxa, Greg, Gerard, Sylvester and other staff. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Had such an amazing experience at the Nile’s branch! Silvester was so attentive and really helped me with my questions with my minors account. It was locked and he was able to direct me to get it resolved! Thank you Silvester! I will be back to see you again!

There is this Indian lady who is very rude and has an attitude I have been connected with this bank for over 5 years and I have never had an experience I had in this branch never going back here!!! That is for sure.

This bank is no good specially the Indian lady there so mean and rude my experience was k need to go inside the bank even my son under my custodial account I cannot withdraw money even they bring my drivers license

This is the only Huntington branch I've been using since 2011. Recently, there have been changes in the staff, I guess, and I am extremely unhappy with the service I received on my last visit. I was there to simply withdraw money. The teller asked me for my ID, which I provided, and then asked for the code sent to me on my phone, which I read back to him. I'm 100% sure he heard it wrong or entered it wrong in the computer, which caused an error in the transaction. Then, he asked me again for the same code, but I had deleted it by then because it's my habit to delete any unnecessary messages from my phone, such as security codes after they've been used. He then straight-up declined to let me withdraw money. I told him to send the code again, and he said he can't do that. I asked for a supervisor or manager, and he mentioned that nobody was there. I asked if there was any other way for me to withdraw money from my own account, and he simply said, 'No,' there was no other way. I was so surprised that I could be treated with such bad customer service in banking and with that attitude. After all, he did send me another code, and it worked. Then he said I had a pending transaction on my account because of that, he wasn't able to let me withdraw the amount I wanted. This was another issue intentionally created by him. The pending transaction was the early direct deposit that comes into my account every two weeks. The bank makes it available one day early. Please explain why the bank makes the direct deposit available one day early if I'm not able to withdraw on the same day. Thanks to Daksha, the banker who knows me very well for so long, she was able to help me out with that transaction to go as usual. Personally, I was a banker a few years ago, and I never treated a customer with such a bad attitude, nor have I seen any other banker do that. I don't even see myself using this branch for any in-person transactions.

Such a horrible exprince with this bank they had me back and fourth since last week to still give a hard time getting my money i wasnt able to get it today making a lose on a purchase i was going to make i had tcf bank before and never had not one issue with them they were no help at all i cant belive i cant even have access to my own money that i thought was safe because it was at a bank i was wrong
